Istanbul luchthaven transfer

We waited 30 minutes at pick up spot for driver. This was not a smooth experience as a very confusing sidewalk pick up, that required phone call to driver and not met inside terminal with name sign.

Great service. Easy to find. They stayed in touch. Our flight was late and passport control was slow.

Everyone was conscientious and attentive to our needs. Service was impeccable and everything worked perfectly. Details about pick-up were clear and direct, the video about where to meet the attendant was an added value.

We were met at the airport by the greeter, the WhatsApp communication was very helpful. Driver was very friendly and we had a good transfer to our hotel.

The Shuttle was seamless. Thank you yo Adnan and his team who kept us informed the entire time right up to when they fetch us.

Representative that met us did not speak English. He was not familiar with the airport and had difficulty getting us to the van. Older van with dated interior not up to cleanness standards I expect.

The greeter was looking for us and guided use with ease and confidence to our driver. The driver was friendly had a beautiful van clean with a bottle of water and candies. We felt safe and enjoyed the ride.

You receive a message detailing what you have to do to find them when you have landed in the airport and got through customs. Made things a lot easier.

Adnan and his team were amazing!!! The drivers and cars were nice, safe and reliable. They were on time with each transfer. We used them to and from the airport as well as within the city! Great experience all around.
