When given directions to exit gate 13, it is door 13 and quite a long walk. When told to look for the sign “Saw Travel” do not expect a driver holding a sign. There are big signs with many, many small 8x10 signs attached along the sides of the door, outside. Scan them all until you find the right one. It is quite chaotic, lots of people, cars, noise, and about 100 signs. Their sign is on the left, it’s yellow. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the car. The driver was very helpful and friendly. The seat belts were broken and the vehicle wasn’t clean. Nothing about this could be described as VIP or luxury. I will not use the service again.
