The driver was fine, the company organizing the service was terrible. They would NOT even confirm the time of pickup, we were in suspense from the moment they took our money.

The first transfer from the Port to the hotel was excellent, on time. and very professional. Unfortunately the trip from the hotel to the airport was a disaster. The driver was switched at the last minute due to an accident and arrived on time. He then proceeded to drive around the area to drop a suitcase that was still in the van at a street corner. We waited a bit while someone showed up to pick it up. We then drove on to get stopped by police 3 blocks from our original location. Once we finally were on the road to the airport a quick break and start caused the back end of the vehicle to open and our luggage ended up in the middle of the road. We did make it to the airport in time for our flight due to some high speed, but the stress level was quite high. It was a 50/50 experience with the transfer company.
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We are very happy that you were satisfied with your first transfer, but we are also aware of the unexpected issues during your return trip. The last-minute driver change due to an accident and the following incidents were unfortunately beyond our control. We would like to emphasize that this was the first time such a situation has ever happened. Our guests’ satisfaction is our top priority, and until now, almost all of our feedback has been extremely positive. We have already taken the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again and tightened our driver supervision. We are confident that if we have the pleasure of welcoming you again, you will experience a smooth, safe, and enjoyable service.

The company were very flexible regarding our pickup as we could not tell them our disembarkation time until the day before. The pickup location outside Galataport was close and easy to find.
