Onze geaccrediteerde gids ontmoet u op het aangewezen of overeengekomen ophaalpunt. Waar je wordt geïntroduceerd en vervoerd naar de Mystic Lagoon. Tijdens uw reis krijgt u de gelegenheid om de stad Falmouth te verkennen en tussen de lokale bewoners te zijn, waar u onze beroemde Juicy Patties kunt uitproberen, een van nature heerlijke Jelly Coconut kunt drinken en plezier kunt hebben. Dan ga je een spannende avond vol natuur, plezier en gelach tegemoet. Je komt aan bij de Mystic Lagoon. Hier wordt u begroet door een geweldig personeel dat ervoor zorgt dat u zich aanmeldt, gaat zitten, verfrist en klaar bent om de schoonheid van het natuurwonder te bezichtigen.

Communication was ok as they changed my excursion time. Unfortunately pick up was very late so arrived whilst the show had already started. We were then placed on the last boat which meant hardly anyone(only 4 of us) was on the boat,once out in the water we could see the illuminated water. But bcus so few ppl in the water we didn't get the full effect like yiu see in the marketing pictures.
The bioluminescent bay was an incredible experience and Jamaica has the largest one in the world. The whole family enjoyed swimming in the bay. Incredible how bright the blue light was, you could make out your hands clearly swimming through the water. Orville was our driver and was an A+ guide! Great communication before pickup (just make sure you have WhatsApp) and very friendly. I highly recommend booking this tour.
My family and I had an amazing time! Would definitely recommend We did bioluminescence and had such a great time that a couple days later he brought us to the swamp safari
Absolutely incredible experience. We were first picked up at our condo then driven to the tour and got some delicious ox tail and jerk chicken for dinner while waiting for our boat to arrive all in the same vacuity. There was even a fire show and a small store to buy souvenirs if desired. We received our complementary rum punch which had quite the kick but just enough to get the night started! Once we were done with our food we headed out to the boat and were taken 4 minutes distance into the brackish water. The bioluminescents was the brightest I have ever seen compared to Puerto Rico and other countries I have visited. The was a boat captain aswell as a lifeguard on board. Overall incredible experience, great hospitality, good music, food and people. DO IT !!!!
Orville was very kind and friendly ! He made it easy and stress free. Tour was also fun, water was warm. Would do it again and I recommended anyone traveling to Jamaica to also!
When I Tell You From the moment Orville pulled up at the airport His Customer Service was A1. The ride to the Airbnb he showed us places throughout the ride. Orville Watson Is An Awesome Host!! Great Customer Service, Effective Communicator. Very Time Continuous And Reliable. Orville Is Very Knowledgeable Of The Surrounding Areas. He Has Great Suggestions For Restaurants And Activities. My Family And I Felt Safe In His Presence. He Even Took Us To The Grocery And Help Us Shop!! Now That's How The Island Surfers Do Thing's. Trust You Will Not Be Disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This was one of the best excursions we did the entire trip. From the pick up time and driver to the staff on the boat. The sunset view was stunning. You can tell the Jamaicans are passionate about their land and their country by the way they tell their history. I wish this was a longer experience because the captain and my driver were so personable, funny and knowledgeable. This was pur first time to Jamaica and I would recommend it. I have already gotten 3 new couple to go this month just from my experience... my driver Orville went above and beyon since the time he got us till the time I left...next time I come I will reachbout to this service and ask for him personally...he cared about what else we were doing.. made good suggestions and checked in with us during our entire trip. He made us feel so comfortable and safe to be somewhere we have never been.. he is a true asset!
