We hebben gecertificeerd personeel, de catamarans zijn in perfecte staat en we zijn toegewijd aan de service die we bieden, deze tour is de meest complete als je op zoek bent naar een catamarantocht naar Isla Mujeres en we hebben meer insluitsels tijdens de tour. Op dit moment hebben we alle vereisten van de lokale overheid om de verspreiding van covid 19 te voorkomen. Onze catamarans draaien op 30% van hun capaciteit en de gebruikte uitrusting wordt constant gedesinfecteerd, zodat u er zeker van kunt zijn dat u veilig met ons reist.

Eerst komen we aan bij een van de mooiste delen van de zee van Isla Mujeres en stoppen we om te snorkelen onder begeleiding van onze gecertificeerde gidsen. Nadat we de Spinnaker kunnen doen, een soort parachute om door de Caribische Zee te vliegen, kunt u tijdens dit avontuur genieten van de nationale open bar, gaan we verder met de reis naar Isla Mujeres en komen we aan bij de strandclub die alles heeft de faciliteiten Om te genieten van een kalme zee en te ontspannen op het strand, kunnen we daar een heerlijk buffetmaaltijd proeven en verder ontspannen in de club, voordat we eindigen hebben we tijd om de stad Isla Mujeres te verkennen en aan het einde zullen we terugkeren naar de jachthaven in Cancun genieten van prachtige landschappen op de catamaran.

The price was quite high (compared in time to the same offer). Additionally, a reservation fee was due that we (and other travelers) did not know about before. The tour itself was very cool, the diving great and on the way back the party on the catamaran really awesome!
DO NOT book with this group. They are scammers! They said pick up was at 9:55am, my wife and I were there at 9:30am since we finished breakfast early. When the time came they said I was a no call no show. I messaged back and forth with vendor to get refund. They said they had proof of being at my hotel. The video showed an entirely different hotel and location. THEY WERE A NO CALL AND NO SHOW which should qualify me for a refund. Unfortunately I am still working on getting my refund, not sure if I will get it but want to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Great day with a lot of variety. The adventure includes return transportation from your hotel to the ferry dock, snorkeling, lunch, all drinks, time to visit the town of Isla Mojeras and a beautiful sail back to Cancun. The crew were very friendly, extremely customer serviced focused and so organized. Truly a well run ship. It is a busy boat with a bit of party atmosphere so if you are looking for a quiet day on the water this is likely not the adventure for you. Great day overall!

Excursion provider could not find a ride which was included in the excursi9n and failed to notify Viator of the cancellation. I need my money back. On top of that, ai had to contact them to find out they couldn't pick me up.
Unfortunately, I had imagined sailing a sailboat The boat had sails but sailed exclusively with engine It was totally full of people barely space The whole time there was a very loud sonication of music That was already bordering on torture Since I am in ill health I did not want to snorkel but just a little swim near the boat That was not possible ess that I was not allowed to go into the water Staying on the island was so far ok A couch on the beach you had to pay Overall, this is for young celebratory people who like to be bottled by the crew
The sailing from Cancún to Isla Mujeres was amazing. The weather was beautiful. The tour guides were very nice to everyone. Everyone should go on this tour if they have an opportunity.
The tour was fun and the staff was very accommodating… although, the snorkeling was too fast and they gave me a defected left foot flipper. it was just too crowded at the site that’s why the guide was in a hurry
had the absolute best time on this tour! I was skeptical at first because there weren't many reviews for this tour, but it ended up being one of the most fun activities we did on this trip. We also decided to upgrade our tour package to a smaller boat, which you will have the option of doing for a cost. Staff were super attentive and fun, and the food was amazing. Just make sure you're on time because they are very strict with departure times!
These tour operator cancelled 40min AFTER the start time of out tour leaving us eiwht nothing to do all day and missing out on the Sumidero Canyon - they scammers - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!
