Stap aan boord van de Catamaran : Vaar over de turquoise wateren van het Caribisch gebied richting Isla Mujeres (inbegrepen in uw ticket)
Snorkelen Adventure : Maak een stop bij een levendig Caribisch rif voor een onvergetelijke snorkelervaring. Duik in kristalhelder water om kleurrijke koralen en tropische vissen te bewonderen. Deze begeleide activiteit vereist dat deelnemers minimaal 8 jaar oud zijn en kunnen zwemmen.
Isla Mujeres Bezoek : Vrije tijd op het eiland om te ontspannen op het strand, te winkelen of lokale attracties te ontdekken.
Lunchbuffet : Geniet van een heerlijke buffetmaaltijd met drankjes inbegrepen. Met je Prime ticket is het buffet in de beachclub
Retour cruise : Ontspan aan boord met muziek en open bar terwijl u terugvaart naar het vasteland.
Hotel afzetten : Eindig uw ervaring met vervoer terug naar uw hotel of ontmoetingspunt.

Wat is inbegrepen
Ophaallocaties en -tijden
We willen uw ervaring comfortabel maken, dus we halen u op bij uw hotel of op het dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare punt op onze routes. Als uw accommodatie geen hotel is (bijv. Airbnb), geef dan het volledige adres op : straatnaam, buiten- en binnennummer, buurt, postcode en stad. Dit helpt ons het dichtstbijzijnde ontmoetingspunt voor uw pick-up toe te wijzen. Om uw exacte ophaaltijd en locatie te bevestigen, moet u ons een bericht sturen via uw reservering of ons minstens 24 uur voor uw bezoekdatum bellen. Belangrijk : De tijd die op uw ticket staat, is niet uw ophaaltijd. Als u geen vervoer nodig heeft, laat het ons dan weten. We kunnen geen ophaalservice garanderen bij hotels waar u geen gast bent, omdat sommige accommodaties de toegang voor bezoekers beperken. Onze gidsen dragen rode T-shirts met ons logo op de achterkant voor gemakkelijke identificatie en zullen de tournaam hardop aankondigen. Bij het ophalen moet u uw geprinte of digitale voucher en een identiteitsbewijs met foto tonen om aan boord van de bus te gaan. Aan boord ontvangt u uw armband voor toegang tot het park. Als u uw hotelinformatie niet heeft op het moment van boeken, neem dan ten minste 24 uur voor uw bezoek contact op met de Viator Klantenservice, zodat zij u kunnen helpen bij het coördineren van uw pick-up met ons. Zorg dat je 15 minuten te vroeg aanwezig bent op de door jou aangewezen locatie. Herinnering: De tijd op uw ticket is niet uw ophaaltijd. Vervoer wordt gedeeld, niet privé. U reist met andere bezoekers van Grupo Xcaret.

Please be aware that the price DOES NOT INCLUDE the $20 per person dock fee- I had to call VIATOR and work out getting that undisclosed fee back from them.. We got the Prime experience which include 2 hours at a private beach club and buffet for which your experience may vary- I'm not sure the extra money we paid was worth it as the food for us was just so so.. The extra snorkeling experience was nice, but IMO went by too quickly- It felt like the instructions about the snorkeling took as long as the actual experience itself. Pickup and dropoff from the hotel went fine-
