Ontdek de echte schoonheid van Iron Gate National Park tijdens een tour van Belgrado naar Golubac Fort en Lepenski Vir. Geniet van een 1-uur durende speedboot cruise en maak prachtige foto's vanaf 2 uitzichtpunten onderweg.

De tour begint om 07:30 - 08:00 uur vanuit uw accommodatie in Belgrado.
Na 2 uur rijden bereikt u Golubac Fort gebouwd in de 14e eeuw en gelegen aan de ingang van het Iron Gate National Park waar de Donau is het breedst en de natuur is het groenst. *Groene zone ticket inbegrepen
Ga verder met een korte rit naar Lepenski Vir, een archeologische vindplaats in de buurt. Deze verbazingwekkende plek is een van de oudste stedelijke nederzettingen in Europa, 8000 jaar geleden bevolkt.
45 minuten rijden naar Tekija, vanwaar het speedbootavontuur begint. Terwijl u langs het mooiste deel van de rivier de Donau vaart, ziet u overblijfselen uit de Romeinse tijd, zoals de plaquette van Trajanus (Tabula Traiana). Daarnaast ziet u tijdens uw speedboottocht: het Mrakonija-klooster, ballonstations, het stenen beeld van Decebalus Rex - dat het hoogste rotssculptuur van Europa vertegenwoordigt.
Wanneer uw bootavontuur is voltooid, op weg naar Belgrado, maken we twee korte stops bij uitkijkpunten langs de schilderachtige weg om een aantal gedenkwaardige foto's van de Gorge van bovenaf te maken.
Terug naar Belgrado in de vroege avonduren. Afzetten naar uw accommodatie. *Neem je eigen lunch mee, want er is geen lunchpauze in het plaatselijke restaurant.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Pick-up wordt georganiseerd van 7 : 30 uur tot 08 : 00 uur. Pick-up wordt aangeboden van centraal gelegen Belgrado hotels, appartementen, hostels, enz. (tot 5 km van het Plein van de Republiek). De Gids wacht niet langer dan 5 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd. Als uw accommodatie zich in het voetgangersgebied bevindt, kan u worden gevraagd om de Gids te ontmoeten op de ophaallocatie op maximaal 5 minuten lopen van uw accommodatie. Haal de gegevens die je de dag voor vertrek via e-mail of Whats App ontvangt niet voor 17.00 uur op.

- De boottocht is afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden (wind). In het geval van slechte weersomstandigheden voor de boottocht, wordt deze activiteit vervangen door Kovilovo Viewpoint.
- Shared Group Tour vereist een minimum van 5 personen om te lopen. Als het minimum aantal passagiers niet wordt gehaald, krijgt u de keuze tussen het kiezen van een andere datum/tour, het annuleren van de tour voor een volledige terugbetaling of het betalen van een toeslag voor een privétour
- Golubac Fort - Ticket is inclusief alleen toegang tot de Groene Zone van het fort
- Privétour (extra info): Tijdens het hoogseizoen bestaat de mogelijkheid dat u niet de enige passagiers op speedboot tour bent
- Vervoer per auto met airconditioning (1-3 personen) of minibus (4-7 personen)
- *Neem je eigen lunch mee, want er is geen lunchpauze in het plaatselijke restaurant.

The tour was exceptional - Nina and Zile were lovely, punctual and super attentive to the needs of the group, balancing well times of talk and times when people could just enjoy the views. The tour was also well structured in terms of time - so nothing felt rushed or dragged. I also loved that we didn’t stop for lunch - usually tours take you to bad/slow/expensive food and this was not the case at all here - we went to this very good bakery in one of the small cities we visited to buy snacks, which gave us more freedom of choice on when/what to eat. Last but not least, I’ll also mention that the organization was great - we received clear information on the logistics the day before and everything worked out smoothly. In short, I’m super happy with the tour and highly recommend it :)

The day trip was really worth its money. The fortress is impressive and can be visited easily even in the rain. We also really liked the boat trip. Our tour was conducted by Jelina. Amazing experience. Very happy to participate on one of the day tours of Serbia Inspired. The group was small and lovely people. Our Guide Jelena and driver Milan were incredible, very warm people, hospitable, talkative and caring. The pickup and drop off were very comfortable. Iron Gate was very interesting destination as well. Overall great experience, if I’ll be in Serbia again I’d definitely choose their tours for sure.

Our third tour with Serbia Inspired Tours and once again excellent. Organisation and communication were without fault. We were collected on time as arranged at our address and were driven down for our day trip in an air conditioned mini bus with a plentiful supply of drinking water. Once again a great driver. There were 7 of us on the tour. All admission fees included. The castle was very impressive and Lepenski Vir is a must visit. The speedboat ride was great fun and we some very interesting sights. Jelena has an encyclopaedic knowledge of her subject and was able to answer the huge range of questions asked. She also has an excellent sense of humour and makes the day fun. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I really wanted to visit the Lepenski Vir archaeological site. It wouldn't have been possible without this excellent tour! And the fortress and Danube Gate were beautiful. Amazing experience!

One of the most beautiful trips. The Danube part next to Romania looks like fjords in Norway. Was a very nice relaxing day. Stress free with the very nice very good and very friendly Nina and the very nice and friendly Milan the driver.
