We wijzen een superieure chauffeur met lange termijn ervaring. De chauffeur zal Engels goed begrijpen en heeft diepgaande kennis van de lokale verkeersomstandigheden. Het voertuig dat we toewijzen is Minivan Type alleen die plaats bieden aan grote bagage. Helaas, om een gratis Minivan Type te krijgen is niet gemakkelijk hier in Japan. In het ergste geval moet je in drukke tijden meer dan 2 uur op de minivan wachten. Als u met meer dan 3 gasten groep bent, is het reserveren van voertuig op voorhand hier onmisbaar.

Mocht de chauffeur je missen, dan neemt hij of zij contact met je op via WhatsApp of sms. Stel dus je smartphone in gebruik.

Great communication and easy to book. Had an early arrival so managed to organize an earlier pick up with no issues
Hayano provided betind excellent service. Our ship was over 4 hours delayed in docking but he waited patiently and directed us where to go, assisted us with all our luggage and did his very best to get us to the airport in time. We still ended up missing our flight because of the ship issues but having him get us through the transfer process from the port to the shuttle to the pick-up area definitely made our worst ship experience more bearable. The driver got in touch the day before and sent photos of himself and his car. He showed up 15 minutes early and our transfer from Yokohama to Asakusa went off smoothly. Highly recommend this stress free method. Forget taking luggage on trains!
