Very nice experience. Very beautiful place. Cuisine based on pasta prepared by ourselves and cooked by our host worthy of great restaurants. The difficulty of the language remains a barrier, but the culinary language remains universal. Very, very good evening.
Beautiful home with rooftop access. Francesco had great energy and was patient with us as first time pasta makers. The food we made was incredible and I look forward to trying pasta making on my own
I did this cooking class with Francesco, I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From where to start the location and space, there is a beautiful visit to the dome of St. Peter that was then completed even more by the glass of welcome spritz. Once we got to ours we started with the preparation of dinner where Francesco was very good and simple in explaining how you start preparing the dough for pasta and then in preparing the sauces with all the fresh ingredients chosen with great care. It was a lot of fun cooking together with another group of people we didn't know making everything much more beautiful. Then after preparing everything between laughter and glasses of wine that did not end 😁😁, we stood on the terrace to chat with each other while Francesco and his staff started to cook and in no time we tasted everything we prepared previously. After the main meal there was sweet, fruit, bitter, limoncello and much more. I recommend it to everyone to do this experience is a lot of fun and you can really notice the difference between the food you eat in any restaurant (even the most rated) with the food at km0. REALLY A DELIGHT FOR THE PALATE.
This was a sensational experience. It let myself and my partner experience the life of a local living in Rome, and how they have such a crucial connection with food. From minute one, it was all about the quality of ingredients and supporting the local markets and suppliers. Francesco was so passionate and knowledgable. He gave us so much insight into how the ingredients are sourced and how we can try source the same when we are back home in London. He allowed us to innovate and try something new, but also guided us to make sure we understood the decisions we were making when it came to creating our delicious pasta dishes. This was honestly the most authentic Roman experience I’ve had on this trip, and I’m saying that after seeing the Colosseum and the Vatican. Thanks you Francesco for such a unique, warm and authentic experience. 10/10 would recommend.
The shared meal on the rooftop at the end of the class was wonderful. The host was very knowledgeable about his craft. More information to find the venue would be helpful.
Thank you Stephanie! You and your group brought a lot of fun and therefore everything from preparation to the shared meal came out more delicious. If I remember right you showed up one day in advance...and I was not there :p But on the class day you where there very punctual... Thank you for the suggestion, I will make sure that all the address coordinates (like street, building civic number, apartment buzz, fifth and top floor) will be bold and visible for all guests, so that no one risk to miss any toasts from the very starting time!:p
One of the highlights of our trip! Francesco is very knowledgeable, patient, teaches and explains the process, and the setting was perfect on his roof-top, along with the food. A must do when in Rome! Do it! Kee & Tom

An incredible evening spent making pasta with Francesco. A very knowledgable individual who made the pasta making process so simple and so enjoyable. A wealth of knowledge was brought to the table and an array of experience alongside the freshest ingredients ranging from vegetables to seafood. All accompanied by beautiful wines and a fantastic setting. A great atmosphere was made and a thoroughly enjoyable evening was had. Would absolutely recommend to anybody who is looking to learn a lot about making pasta whilst in Rome.

We enjoyed the entire evening. It was very nice to be in a small group in the comfort of the Franchesco’s home. The rooftop outdoor experience was also very nice.
What an incredible experience. After arriving we were treated to an Aperitif and a nosh. When the group was assembled we stared our adventure into our culinary adventure. Everything was explained and hands on. It was not just a lecture and watching someone else do it. We laughed and learned. Then we were treated to the fruits of our labors. Good food, good wine and good conversation was then capped off with a beautiful wild cherry torte and fresh fruit and cream. Two weeks in Europe and it is my number one memory. Thank you to Gloria, Daniel and Chef Francesco! I can’t wait to come back and do it again !
An excellent time learning and laughing while making delicious and creative pasta dishes! Used fresh market bought ingredients to create unique and delicious pasta dishes. Great experience with my fiance but would be fun with friends just as well. Not to mention a lovely view of Roma while doing so!
