Begin uw avontuur met hotel pick-up in Santiago voor een 8 uur vertrek. Geniet van een schilderachtige rit naar In Situ Family Vineyards, een familiebedrijf in de Aconcagua-vallei, waar u kunt ontspannen en kwaliteitswijnen kunt proeven met het Andesgebergte als achtergrond. Ga vervolgens richting de Inca Lagoon, onderweg stoppend om te communiceren met en foto's te maken van vrij rondlopende lama's. Een toilet stop is beschikbaar indien nodig. Ga verder over een prachtige bergweg naar de Inca Lagoon, een adembenemend natuurlijk meer genesteld in het Andesgebergte. Aankomst in Portillo, het eerste skigebied van Zuid-Amerika, waar je vrije tijd hebt om te lunchen in Portillo's Restaurant en te genieten van het ongelooflijke uitzicht. Op de terugreis maakt u een laatste stop om de beroemde kronkelende weg te fotograferen voordat u teruggaat naar uw hotel.

Op een specifieke locatie op de snelweg is het mogelijk om de Hoogste Berg in Alle Amerika's genaamd de Aconcagua, 6.960mt boven de zeespiegel te zien. Op sommige speciale dagen als het weer het toelaat is het mogelijk om te stoppen bij Glance en prachtige foto's te maken.
In Situ Family Vineyards is een familiebedrijf en geëxploiteerd producent van hoogwaardige wijnen en tafeldruiven. Gelegen in San Esteban, Regio V, Chili U proeft hun bijzondere wijnen onder begeleiding van onze gidsen. In een charmante buitenruimte met het Andesgebergte en Vines als achterronde.
Tijd voor toiletten en om optionele Empanadas te kopen. (Deze halte heeft lama's om te fotograferen en te aaien)
Rijden in een van de meest verbazingwekkende wegen in de andes. Paardrijden is het 29 switch backs genaamd LOS CARACOLES (de slakkenweg) gelegen op een paar kilometer van Chili & Argentinië Grenslijn Je stopt voor geweldige foto's.
Geniet van het uitzicht op Inca Lagon en hun geschiedenis Legende vertelt dat de geest van de Inca, Illi Yunqui, die spookt in het waterige graf waarin hij zijn zielsverwant, de prinses Kora-Illé, die tragisch van een klif was gevallen tijdens een koninklijk bergbanket (een nascu), begroef. De Inca Yunqui, wiens verdriet de berg deed schudden, geloofden dat geen aards graf met dit meer kon tippen. Gehuld in wit linnen werd ze in de blauwe diepte neergelaten in aanwezigheid van het door verdriet geteisterde keizerlijke hof. Vanaf dat moment werd het water getint met de smaragdgroene tint van de prachtige ogen De lagune ligt naast het eerste en oudste skigebied in Zuid-Amerika genaamd Portillo. This was a great day trip into the Andes. The tour guide and driver were friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Chilean culture and History. Would recommend!
I was in Chile for a quick work trip and was so glad that I was able to tuck in the excursion! Our Guide Alvaro was so friendly, knowledgeable and caring of the group. He made sure I didn’t slip on the snow near the lagoon and that I knew which llamas to avoid. The llamas were a riot keep your cameras close for that part. Lastly, I appreciate him taking pics for me as I was a solo traveler! Everything was so pretty 🤩. Shout out to our driver who got us to and from l safely.
A wonderful tip through the foothills onto the Andes mountains. The tour guide and driver were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting and recommend the salmon (over the burger) at the ski resort. A very nice trip.

It was a great experience! The staff is well organized, we were picked up and dumped in the hotel, the landscapes are beautiful and the Laguna del Inca is spectacular! The guide Álvaro speaks very well Portuguese, English and Spanish and the various historical contexts of the places we passed. It was worth it!

Highly recommend this tour to immerse yourself in Chilean nature. Driving through The Andes was a beautiful experience and the lagoon's emerald waters are simply gorgeous. Our guide Alvaro is one cool dude who kept us well informed, entertained and took some amazing pictures!

The tour was conducted in a very friendly and professional manner. Our guide, Alvaro, and the driver both did a terrific job. We enjoyed the various stops along the way: In Situ winery, the llamas, picture taking opportunities, and finally the Inca Lake (Lagoon) at Portillo. Disappointments: the restaurant at Portillo where we had lunch was not very good, and the stop there is really limited to taking pictures and selfies of Inca Lake. There is a standard beautiful photo of Inca Lake online, in the various brochures and elsewhere, and when you get there, it looks just like that. Then you take the same picture yourself, have a mediocre lunch, and are driven back to your hotel. I had hoped for more of an “Andes” experience, but this was not quite it. There are other day trips listed on TripAdvisor that seem more appealing in this regard, but this one is for people who don’t want to overexert themselves. Still, a very pleasant day was had.
