My driver was very considerate and quite responsive to my preferences. He let me explore many green spaces and take pictures. I made the mistake of planning my visit for a Sunday, so I didn't get into Saint Peter's Basilica. Make sure to plan accordingly, if that is a priority. At the end of the tour, my driver gave me a map showing our exact route through the 8-hour day so I can track back through when identifying all the photos I took.

Sights were nice and our tour guide was nice but he could not speak English. I tried several times to ask a question or say something and he ignored me. I finally realized not only did he not speak English but he couldn’t understand it. Our communication with each other was none. We had an eight hour tour and after six hours I had enough and told him to take us back to our hotel. Very disappointing.
Our driver told us that the first disappointment for you was when you learned that the tour did not include entrance tickets to visit the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums, which is also very clear on the product. Then you had booked an eight-hour tour but the passion to learn was very low, in every square or moment you got off and came back after 3 minutes, you had little desire to learn. A tour is not done in a car, you have to walk, stroll in the squares. After the sixth hour Rome was almost over because in each attraction you visited 3 to 5 minutes. Incredible. You expected a tour guide who would explain the history of Rome from inside the car.
