- De halte Colosseum Archeological Area is voor onbepaalde tijd gesloten. Houd er rekening mee dat verkeersopstoppingen, vooral tijdens speciale evenementen, zomervakanties of weekends, op het laatste moment aanpassingen kunnen vereisen. Wegafsluitingen en vertragingen zijn mogelijk, maar wees gerust, we zijn toegewijd aan een soepele en frequente service voor uw reis!

We only chose this as it offered a Kids English commentary - and we were delighted we did! It was great to keep our 9yo entertained - the adult commentary would have bored her. So if you have kids, this is the tour bus for you!

This bus was not as nice as the other bus companies. The AC did not really work. This bus did not go all the places the others went to. They did not have as many buses, so you had to wait for a bus to come while the other companies would have two or three come by while you wait.

We would like to clarify that our open-top double-decker buses have an open upper deck and doors that open at each stop, so it is unfortunately not possible to maintain the same level of air conditioning as on a fully enclosed bus. Regarding the stops, all our buses follow the same route established by the Municipality of Rome, so they do not skip any of the scheduled stops. We are sorry if this gave you a different impression. Caution- I booked a trip at 7:30 in the evening for a tour around the city and I called for help and was told the buses end at 6:30 which was not advertised when purchasing the tickets. No refund was provided. The tickets I purchased said the time was available. I’m not happy. I don’t want anyone else to get ripped off.

Our service operates until approximately 8:30 PM, with the last full tour departure from Termini at 6:45 PM. We have no records of any operating day in which the service ended earlier than scheduled. It is possible that you arrived at one of the stops after the last bus had already passed following the final departure from Termini. The bus is not on the stops as frequently as they say. It should be every 15 minutes.. other services are more frequent or have more busses in route. Staff is not friendly. No information when you can get out of the bus. Not a good experience.

I usually never use these means to visit cities, I believe they are the least touristy thing that can exist, but this time due to the heat and fatigue we thought we would try. Terrible experience 44.00 euros for a tour of about an hour and a half during which there are more minutes spent stopped at the various stops than anything else. It is better not to comment on the staff as I understand that between the heat and working in contact with the public one often gets nervous..however, reflecting in hindsight I should have bought a daily metro ticket (8.50 euros) and used this means for travel from one beauty to another

Good experience when visiting Rome for the first time However, the bus was not really clean, a pity!

We are sorry that you found the bus not as clean as expected. Our buses are thoroughly cleaned every morning and evening. However, as our service operates continuously throughout the day, with passengers constantly boarding and leaving at every stop, it can unfortunately be difficult to maintain the same level of cleanliness at all times. Unfortunately, passengers also sometimes leave rubbish behind, despite the signs on board asking everyone to help keep the bus clean. This was the worst hop on off bus we have ever used. The locations of the stops were so far away from the attractions we didn't even get off the bus. I have some trouble walking but reasonable distances are ok I missed going into major things..like coliseum and Vatican. Had to use expensive taxi!! Very disappointed 😞

We would like to clarify that the location of our stops is determined by the regulations established by the Municipality of Rome. Due to traffic restrictions, pedestrian areas, and limitations on vehicle access around some of the main monuments, it is not always possible for buses to stop directly in front of each attraction. The walking distances from our stops are indicated in our information materials, so passengers can plan their visit accordingly. We always recommend checking the stop locations and distances before starting the tour in order to choose the itinerary that best suits individual needs. It was a little out of the way for my start of my experience. Started at Circus Maximus and then took me to several stops that was convenient! The rotation on the route was good and I didn't have to wait for long. Being that it was summer months I wish the air conditioning was working, but that is just a little inconvenience.
