Uw ijsvisavontuur begint bij het opstappunt in Tromsø, waar u op pad gaat voor een schilderachtige rit naar de visplek. Van daaruit wandelt u een klein stukje naar beneden naar de bevroren fjord en ervaart u de sensatie van het vissen op Arctisch ijs. Je hebt de unieke kans om je eigen vis te vangen in een van de meest prachtige natuurlijke omgevingen van Noorwegen. Na je vissessie ga je naar het gezellige basiskamp, waar je leert hoe je je vangst op de traditionele Noorse manier schoonmaakt, bereidt en kookt. Terwijl u ontspant in het hart van de Arctische wildernis, hoort u fascinerende lokale verhalen en krijgt u inzicht in de visserijcultuur en geschiedenis van de regio. Zodra je hebt genoten van je vers bereide maaltijd en in de rustige omgeving hebt genoten, keer je comfortabel terug naar het ophaalpunt in Tromsø.

Such a solid experience!! They made us feel like family and welcomed us into their home. It was cold on the ice but they looked after everyone and offered more clothes to anyone who needed it. We were lucky enough to catch a fish and eating it right after was once in a lifetime experience. Well worth it.
We had a wonderful time ice fishing with Karin and Oskar! They provided us with everything we needed, and their sense of fun and humor kept things fun and entertaining even when the fish were not biting. 10/10 would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed this ice fishing experience. The excursion was well-organized, and the guides were friendly. It was really special being able to go back to Karin's home to cook and enjoy the fish we caught!

The guide is very sunny and hospitable, provided crampons and additional clothes to those who needed them. After ice fishing, a couple of hours, in which messone of the group caught nothing, took us to his house to eat the fish burgers and socialize with the rest of the group. I do not rate that the experience is totally worth the price especially in this period when the guide himself told us that there seem to be no fish due to work on a bridge of the fjord. L

Disappointing experience, it's practically impossible for you to catch anything, we were 12 people waiting still in the cold moving our arm. Not a single fish and from what we were told it was usual. Very nice guides but would have preferred to do another activity and the inordinate price for what was.
Så synd at du følte det slik. Fisken kan jeg desverre ikke bestemme over. Så synd at du ikke likte opplevelsen verken på isen eller i mitt private hjem.
Karin was out guide for the fishing on the fjord. Pickup was easy at a location in Tromso centre. The snow was really coming down heavily, and the trip out was exciting .. Karin’s driving felt safe at all times.. we arrived without incident even though snow plows hadn’t cleared the roads very much at the time. A short walk through a snowy landscape and we were at the edge of the fjord. We each got to drill our own ice hole and were given an ice fishing 101 instruction on how to use the hand lines and what to do if we caught a fish . We caught a few cod , one of which was big enough to take back for cooking Back at Karin’s home , the fish and some really tasty fish burgers were barbequed in her quaint little hut. After some hot drinks, marshmallows cooked on the hot coals it was time to go. A really lovely experience .. Takk 😁

Cute experience, the 2 guides available and friendly, Too bad we didn't take anything, but after they hosted us at their house where they made available various drinks and prepared food for us, took photos and videos with a drone too.

We had a wonderful few hours ice fishing with Karin and Oskar - although we didn’t catch anything , Oskar caught 2 lovely Cod. Karin hosted our whole group (15 people) at her home afterwards, and we all enjoyed fish burgers and home made chocolate cake plus the Cod. I’ve never been on a tour quite like this, so personal and welcoming . Highly recommended!
