Ontsnap aan de drukte en stap op een bevroren Whistler-meer en dompel jezelf onder in een van Canada's meest iconische wintertradities met Whistler Year-Round Fishing. We voorzien je van warme, geïsoleerde winterlaarzen, compleet met ijsschoenplaatjes voor veiligheid en comfort, en brengen je vervolgens naar een van onze belangrijkste lokale meren. Daar zet je Expert Gids een ruime, verwarmde ijsvisschuilplaats op die je warm houdt terwijl je je richt op pittige gevulde regenboogforellen van 8 tot 14 inch — met de spannende kans om een trofee van 18 + inch te landen. Dit is de authentieke, gezellige Canadese winterervaring waarvoor je naar Whistler kwam — eentje om voor altijd van je bucketlist te schrappen!

Fishing was an amazing experience! It was so peaceful and Matthew was extremely accommodating and patient with my son. He always made sure safety was a priority! The experience was a blast and we can’t wait to do it again!

We got to go out on the ice the first day of the season. Matt was awesome at giving us safety information along with guidance on how to catch trout under the ice. He moved us from spot to spot to increase our chances. Every group in the tour caught at least one fish. Matt even gave the literal coat off of his back to my son when he was cold. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Whistler.

Even if you're not into fishing you''ll enjoy this unique experience Ice Fishing on a frozen lake. It's different, it holds your attention and when you catch a fish or two it's a real buzz for you and the group, you're with. It's something you don't get to do every day, definitely worth a try.

It was a fun and unique experience!! We had so much fun 😊 everything was beyond our expectations. We did in total about 16 catch and release! I truly recommend for a fun different activity!

BEST FISHING ADVENTURE IN THE SNOW! My wife, husband, adult daughter and her boyfriend all went ice fishing for the first time. Matt was a great teacher who is very passionate about the environment, fish and our success. We caught numerous rainbow trout and had a great time. Highly recommend this excursion when u need a break from the slopes.

My son and I started out the New Year ice fishing and had a great time! We learned a lot and were lucky to get out as it finally got cold enough to be out on the ice safely. It was great learning from an expert and we loved the novelty of being out on the ice. Matt was patient in teaching the basics and worked hard to make it a fun, easy trip. The time went by quickly and I can't wait to get back out.
