Welkom bij Iguazú! Bij aankomst in Puerto Iguazu (Puerto Iguazu Airport aan de Argentijnse kant), wordt u naar uw hotel gebracht (gedeelde service). **Breng mee: comfortabele kleding en schoenen, insectenwerend middel, zonnehoed, zonnebrandcrème, zonnebril, kleine handdoek, piloot of regenjas en een lichte rugzak voor tochten. Als je eten in je rugzak hebt, haal het er dan niet uit op plekken waar neusbeertjes kunnen zitten. Vandaag heeft u de rest van de dag vrij om te doen wat u wilt. Dit kleine en ontspannende stadje is de toegangspoort tot een bezoek aan de indrukwekkende Iguazu-watervallen, die onlangs zijn uitgeroepen tot een van de zeven nieuwe natuurwonderen, waardoor ze een must-see bestemming zijn voor elke reiziger die Argentinië bezoekt.
De volgende dag kunt u genieten van een dagexcursie naar de Argentijnse watervallen. Hier lopen de onderste en bovenste loopbruggen in en rond de watervallen, waardoor persoonlijke ervaringen van dichtbij met deze prachtige natuurspektakels mogelijk zijn. De Argentijnse kant van de watervallen is gevuld met een groot aantal paden, loopbruggen en trappen waardoor je vanuit veel verschillende perspectieven een ervaring kunt beleven. Je krijgt de kans om “The Devil’s keel” te ontmoeten, de grootste van de watervallen en voor velen de meest betoverende. Om bij de “Duivelskeel” te komen, neem je de ecologische trein voordat je langs de promenades loopt. Nadat je hebt gewandeld en foto's hebt gemaakt van dieren en planten, heb je wat vrije tijd om te lunchen terwijl je omringd bent door deze geweldige omgeving.
De volgende dag is het tijd voor een tour van een halve dag naar de Braziliaanse watervallen. Na het ontbijt kunt u genieten van een 3-4 uur durende excursie naar de Braziliaanse kant van de Iguazú-watervallen. Terwijl Argentinië 80% van de watervallen aan zijn kant heeft, heeft Brazilië de beste panoramische uitzichten. Alleen door de Braziliaanse kant te bezoeken, zult u de onmetelijkheid van de Iguazú-watervallen ten volle kunnen waarderen. U kunt er de tijd voor nemen om ervan te genieten, door de verschillende loopbruggen te slenteren en de waterstralen op uw gezicht te voelen. Neem de promenade over de Salto Santa María en het voelt alsof je over water loopt. Kom dichter bij de “Devil’s Throat” en voel de kracht van water, dit is zeker een dag die je nooit zult vergeten. **OPTIONEEL: deze excursie upgraden met een bezoek aan Parque Das Aves. Als u dit vooraf wilt toevoegen, kiest u de optie waarbij deze tour ook is inbegrepen. (Entreeprijs niet inbegrepen)
Daarna brengt een gedeelde transfer u naar de luchthaven (Puerto Iguazú Airport aan de Argentijnse kant). **BELANGRIJK: om de Braziliaanse kant van de watervallen te bezoeken, moeten passagiers vóór 12.00 uur arriveren. OF boek een vertrekvlucht met vertrek om 16.30 uur. of later. **INTERNATIONALE GRENS: Zorg ervoor dat je voldoet aan de toegangs- en reisvereisten van Brazilië voordat je aan deze tour deelneemt. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de reiziger om over alle benodigde reisdocumenten te beschikken om de Braziliaanse kant van de watervallen te verkennen. **OPMERKING: Als u extra nachten/rondleidingen aan de reisroute wilt toevoegen, kunnen wij dit voor u opgeven. Transfers In & Out zijn inbegrepen van & naar Aeropuerto Internacional Cataratas del Iguazú (IGR) naar hotels in Puerto Iguazu. We plannen uw gedeelde luchthaventransfer op basis van uw aankomst- en vertrektijd van uw vlucht. Pick-up van Puerto Iguazu busstation is ook inbegrepen (eerder advies bij het boeken). Pick-up van hotels in Puerto Iguazu inbegrepen. Uw pick-up zou kunnen zijn tussen 7 : 30 & 8 : 00 uur te bevestigen door onze lokale operator. Dit bevestigen wij met u op de voorgaande dagen van uw tour. Als uw hotel NIET in de lijst staat, geef dan uw hotelnaam op tijdens het boeken in het vak 'Speciale wensen'. Als u verblijft in een Airbnb laat het ons weten uw Airbnb adres en we zullen adviseren een ontmoetingspunt voor pick-up. Reizigers die verblijven in Airbnb's MOETEN hun telefoonnummer geven, zodat we hen kunnen bereiken indien nodig. Niet inbegrepen : Ophalen in Foz do Iguacu (stad en/of luchthaven), of bij Belmond Das Cataratas Hotel and Tupa Lodge (beschikbaar tegen meerprijs) Als uw aankomstvlucht landt en/of vertrekt tussen 22.00 en 06.00 uur, moet de transferservice privé zijn, waarbij extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Het grootste deel van Iguazú National Park blijft open, veilig en volledig operationeel.

This tour was an excellent way to see both sides of the falls. All transfers were on time in a clean, comfortable vehicle. Our guide for both days was Daniela who was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us plenty of time at each stop for photos and questions. Thank you for a wonderful experience of Iguazu Falls. Communication from the company was good from booking to clear messages throughout the 3 days. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see both sides of Iguazu Falls.

This package is perfect for our trip to see the Iguazu Falls. We had a three-night stay in Puerto Iguazu. Because of this package, we were taken care of from the moment we arrived at the Iguazu Airport on the first day until our departure at this Airport on the fourth day. We did not need to make arrangement for transfer between airport and hotel ourselves. Transport to the national parks on both the Argentina and Brazilian sides of Iguazu Falls were also taken care of. The guide also led us through the walking trails in both parks. She also gave us good explanation about the waterfalls and the wild animals that we saw. The border crossing for our visit to the Brazilian side of the waterfalls was also smooth. It took some time to cross the Argentina border in the morning but that was out of anybody's control. It just depends on how many people are crossing the border at that time.

This was a fantastic tour! I was met at the airport by a very pleasant driver and taken to my AirBnB. The trip to the Argentina side was the next day. Jorge was our tour guide for both days. He was really friendly, patient when I wandered off and got lost, and he really knows his way around the parks. His English is good, so he was able to give us great insight into the parks. Day two was the Brazil side. This was by far my favourite of the two-the views of the falls were absolutely stunning, and if you choose to get close enough, you get a pretty thorough drenching. I did the option that included time at the Bird Park, which shouldn’t be missed if you have the time. As I was the only person on our tour to do this, the minivan stopped at the Bird Park, and Jorge took me in to purchase my ticket, showed me where I would be picked up, and then took me to the entrance. The guy who picked me up was also really nice. He got us through both lots of passport control really quickly, and returned me to my AirBnB. Overall, EcoIguazu was a great tour operator. There communication from the outset was great, they accommodated my flight changes, they communicated pick up times each evening for the next day’s trip, and all of their pick ups were right on time. This is one of the best organised short tour I’ve been on….use EcoIguazu if you want a well priced, stress free few days in iguazu!!

We took the two day tour - Argentina side and Brazil side. The falls were amazing on both sides. Our guide on the second day was extremely knowledgable and told us lots of interesting facts.

Front middle or back of boat, it does not matter you are going to get wet! It's a little scary, The falls are high and the water pelting! Camera needs to be well protected or leave in the provided 10 reis locker! I say this is a must do, but not for little children!

Excellent everything. It's a pity it's full of tourists who think photos are more important than just looking. There was one that asked for permission from where I was quietly because it bothered her photo. Gently, she said she would wait for me to finish my relaxation moment, which is surely much more important than her photo. You don't have to do anything but go. Boat, helicopter, nothing is necessary. Better even if you stay inside the park.
