Bij aankomst op de luchthaven van Puerto Iguazu staat ons team klaar om u te verwelkomen en u met een privétransfer naar het Nationaal Park Iguazu te brengen. Binnen enkele minuten bevindt u zich te midden van jungle, paden en het geluid van stromend water, een voorbode van wat komen gaat: een van de meest ongelooflijke landschappen ter wereld. Voordat de tour begint, zal uw gids u essentiële informatie geven over het park, de wandelroutes en de mooiste uitzichten, zodat u er vanaf het eerste moment optimaal van kunt genieten.
Het Iguazu Nationaal Park verkennen: de lagere en hogere routes Eenmaal in het Iguazu Nationaal Park begint je avontuur met het verkennen van de Beneden- en Bovenroute, twee essentiële paden om de magie van de watervallen van dichtbij te ervaren. De Lower Circuit voert je over paden omgeven door jungle, waardoor je de kracht van water van dichtbij kunt ervaren. Ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een spannende en energieke ervaring. Het bovenste gedeelte van de route biedt vervolgens unieke panoramische uitzichten van bovenaf, waar u de immense waterval en het omringende landschap kunt bewonderen. Na de lunch volgt het meest adrenalineverhogende moment van de dag: het Grote Avontuur, een ervaring die jungle, zeilen en de overweldigende energie van de Iguazu-watervallen combineert. Eerst wagen ze zich in het regenwoud van Misiones aan boord van speciaal ontworpen voertuigen. Ze reizen over natuurlijke paden en leren over de fauna, flora en geschiedenis van het Iguazu Nationaal Park. Vervolgens beginnen ze aan een epische reis stroomopwaarts, omgeven door torenhoge rotswanden en kleinere watervallen die het grote moment aankondigen. De tour eindigt met de klassieke route naar de watervallen – ja, je wordt nat! – een leuke, onvergetelijke ervaring en perfect om de kracht van water zelf te ervaren.
Ter afsluiting van de dag bezoekt u de imposante Duivelskeel, de beroemdste en meest spectaculaire waterval van het park. Vanaf de catwalk kun je de ongeëvenaarde sterkte ervan van slechts enkele meters afstand bewonderen: een perfecte afsluiting van een epische dag.
Na het bezoek brengt uw chauffeur u terug naar de luchthaven van Iguazu voor uw terugvlucht.
Na een fantastische dag de wonderen van Iguazu te hebben verkend, kunt u ontspannen en genieten van een zorgeloze privétransfer van de luchthaven naar uw hotel (aankomst in Buenos Aires tussen 20:00 en middernacht). Onze chauffeur staat klaar om u comfortabel en veilig terug te brengen naar uw accommodatie. Our guide Johnathan was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Iguazu National Park and a highly experienced and professional guide. The tour was very well organized from pick up to drop off. Our driver Valeria kept in touch and let us know when she was coming and where she would be picking us up. Lunch was included and it was a buffet with plenty of food. We enjoyed our private day trip tour. Everything was arranged and we did not need to worry about any of the transportation arrangements. It was well worth the price for a stress free day.

Iguazu Falls was great and the local guide there was informative and very helpful, especially considering that we arrived a couple hours late due to problems with the included air with FlyBondi. So, we would have rated the trip a 5 if it wasn’t for being booked on AirBondy. To start the trip we sat at Buenos Aires airport from 5-9 AM due to a flight delay. Once onboard everything about the airplane was dirty and it took a magician to flush the toilet. In talking to Argentine friends it was clear that this was no surprise as they are known for cancelations and poor service. The local booking agent said that this carrier was the only option other than canceling our booking. To be honest, we wish they would have given us the cancellation option as we saw other options for flights before booking the high priced package with an agency that we thought we could count on for a premium package at a premium price. I guess we guessed wrong.

As mentioned in our previous response, flight operations in Argentina are limited to a small number of airlines, and the schedules available on the date of your trip were the only ones that allowed the excursion to be completed within the same day while maintaining the full itinerary at Iguazu Falls. The the visit to Iguazu Falls was great. The tour guide was good - very experienced and knowledgeable with good English and a nice person who was very organized and helpful. However the guide appeared a little bored with just 2 people. The disaster of the trip was the airline we were booked on. One of their 2 flights for the day was cancelled, ours was delayed by 2+ hours without knowing it would be, so we sat at the airport from 5-9 AM. Everything on the plane was dirty and the staff were not interested in the guests. Luckily we were rebooked onto Aerolineas Argentina for the return. That is not what we expected for a $2400 day trip. I will never again book a trip like this without knowing the air carriers.

Unfortunately, in Argentina we only have three airlines operating these routes, and sometimes the other two do not offer schedules that allow the excursion to be completed in one day. For that reason, on some occasions we have to use the remaining option, which is Flybondi, a low-cost airline. In those cases, we prefer to keep the tour running rather than cancel it, as we know many travelers have limited time and really want the opportunity to see Iguazú Falls. Our focus is always on providing an excellent experience with the elements we directly manage: the ground transportation, the guide, the organization of the day, and making sure you can enjoy the Falls and the boat experience at the best possible time. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the visit to the Falls and that the guide met your expectations. Overall it was favorable, an unforgettable experience, considering our flight delayed and rainy weather. We do appreciate everything this company did to accommodate us and on getting us to see the Iguazú falls safely from and back to Buenos Aires. We had fun and are glad we had the opportunity to go. From pick up at our hotel and drop off, everyone was very attentive and on time. The falls are beautiful…we are thankful we got to be there in person to experience them hidden within an unspoiled rain forest. The tour company was very nice on getting us a different flight (after our original flight was delayed and apparently cancelled) to make sure we arrived on time to get on the boat tour. Our guide at Iguazú was fantastic, knowledgeable and very professional. Though this was the most expensive day tour I’ve ever been to in my many years of travel, and missed part of the day at the park, it was worth it. We wouldn’t have done it without y’all’s help. A couple of umbrellas would have been nice to have when we hiked to see the magnificent views to be able to take better pictures under the heavy rain. We got soaked from the rain more than we did from being under the falls, but I guess that made the experience more interesting!! :) Thank you for your prompt response and continuous communication throughout our day trip. We highly recommend this tour and with this group. It was an amazing experience especially with our own guide at our own pace. They were very communicative from before the big day until we returned. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and prepared with images to help explain history of the falls and park area. Plan to walk at least 7 miles for the day (we did the short version - but still saw all the sites). We did the boat which was an amazing experience but be prepared for over 200 steps down and back which you can do at your pace. If your looking for souvenirs be sure and explicitly make sure you mention this at the entrance because, they close early and the shop inside by restaurant has little to offer compared to shops at entrance. It’s an amazing memory.
