Ibiza heeft een rijke geschiedenis met eten, beïnvloed door verschillende culturen gedurende duizenden jaren. Wat is een betere manier om dit te ervaren dan het zelf te proeven? Sommige van de restaurants waar je naartoe zou kunnen gaan, zijn een verborgen theewinkel, een restaurant met tapas van Michelin-klasse en nog veel meer. Ga mee en ontdek de verhalen achter het eten, de drankjes, de eigenaren en de chef-koks die alleen te vinden zijn door deze tour te boeken. Tijdens de groepsreis kan het zijn dat er andere mensen bij je komen - wat normaal gesproken veel leuker maakt!

Je wordt meegenomen naar plaatsen die alleen de lokale bevolking kent en leert de verhalen die de koks ons hebben verteld. Je gaat naar zorgvuldig geselecteerde locaties om heerlijke gerechten te proeven die zijn bereid door de beste chef-koks, zoals traditionele tapas, lokaal geproduceerde gerechten, Ibizan sobrasada-worst en een verscheidenheid aan drankjes. Je bezoekt absoluut de beste culinaire locaties die Ibiza-stad te bieden heeft. Variërend van het oudste restaurant van Ibiza tot een restaurant met tapas van Michelin-kwaliteit; van een lokale thee fusion tot handgemaakt ijs. Je smaakpapillen worden gegarandeerd in de watten gelegd!
We wandelen door Dalt Vila en je leert een aantal interessante historische feiten, we kunnen er ook een eetgelegenheid bezoeken!

- Opties voor openbaar vervoer zijn in de buurt aanwezig
- Kinderen moeten bij een volwassene op schoot zitten
- Geschikt voor alle condities
- Minimumleeftijd : wij stellen een minimumleeftijd van 14 jaar voor, maar iedereen is welkom. Ouders weten het beste of hun kinderen het leuk vinden. De kosten voor kinderen zijn hetzelfde als voor volwassenen.
- De totale afstand van de tour is ongeveer 4 km op trottoirs en wegen – met veel stops en pauzes. Het langste stuk lopen is ongeveer 10 minuten. We gaan ook naar de oude stad (Dalt Vila), die een aantal trappen en geplaveide straatjes omvat. De tour is NIET geschikt voor mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen.
- Het minimum aantal personen is 3 en het maximum 12. Als we bestaande boekingen van open groepen hebben voegen we extra data toe die boekbaar zijn voor individuele reizigers of 2 personen!

What a fun way to see and taste a bit of Ibiza. Our guide Grant was phenomenal, inviting and full of fun and interesting facts about this beautiful area. He set a nice strolling pace for our intimate group. The food options were amazing and by the end of the tour we were fully stuffed. A great big mahalo Grant for a memorable experience. We completely enjoyed this tour and hearing about the history of Ibiza with Jasmine. The food was excellent, and the wine was plentiful. I am still dreaming of the sandwich we had!! What a great way to spend an evening.

Sarah guided us today on the Heaven’s Gate walk. I was taking my yoga group from Yoga Magdale and they all absolutely loved it. The views were spectacular and Sarah’s knowledge of the island was second to none including interesting stories about the history of Ibiza and showing us all the different plants and herbs along the way.
