IAM Illusion Art Museum Prague is het eerste museum in Tsjechië gewijd aan illusie- en kunstkunst, gelegen in het stadscentrum tussen het Oude Stadsplein en het Wenceslasplein. De tentoonstellingen van IAM Prague brengen historische illusietechnieken in de kunst van de 21e eeuw tot leven, met de nadruk op selfies en sociale media, en nodigen bezoekers uit om alle tentoonstellingen aan te raken en ermee te interageren. De tentoonstellingen zullen u verrassen met hun originaliteit en hoge artistieke vormgeving. Fantastic hidden gem in Prague with amazing exhibitions and friendly staff - shout out to Tom and Ilda who do explained the illusions and took plenty of photos. Stunning experience and well worth a visit!
We totally did not regret visiting this. It was amazing. I’ve been to many museums and I’ve never been more motivated to get into art except for this. Tomas and Ilda were very helpful and showed us a class hospitality here.

A very fun experience; we have visited other illusion museums, but this one has delighted us. Especially the guide Henry, who kindly explained everything to us and accompanied us to help us understand how to take photos, see the illusions, and take home a great memory. Additionally, he recommended places to visit and eat that have been exquisite. In summary, 10 out of 10
A nice fun activity to do. I went solo, but better if you have company, to get your pictures taken, but the staff there is very helpful and will take your pictures happily! Ilda, in particular was very helpful and took great photos of me!

This was a wonderful experience. We found this online and I have always had a special interest in optical illusions. I loved the history of the artists and how perspectives changed depending on how you viewed many of the portraits. What came alive was that the portraits were created from objects representing their lifelong passions. The hollow face of Shakespeare was another favourite of mine. So exciting to see the actual illusion rather than on YouTube. Loved the size illusion and the having fun with the paintings was a joy. Best part was the guidance and help from both Ilda and Giampaulo who took photos for us and were so patient with all visitors (not just us). They really made this visit a more personal experience. Thanks so much both of you. PS We also visited the Museum of Fantastic Illusions and yes that had more paintings to participate in as well as the size illusions. Great to go to both but both my husband and I feli IAM Illusion Art Museum was a more personal and rich experience.
