Wij zijn een groep vrienden die elkaar op de universiteit hebben ontmoet en deze reisorganisatie in 2017 zijn begonnen. We zijn afgestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Istanbul aan de afdeling Toerisme en Reisgidsen. Ieder van ons heeft een professionele Tour Guide-licentie. Al onze chauffeurs hebben een speciale licentie van de gemeente Toerisme. We zijn ons er terdege van bewust dat deze sector gebaseerd is op betrouwbaarheid en feedback van gasten. We kennen de verwachtingen van reizigers heel goed en weten als reisorganisatie aan die verwachting te voldoen. Door onze jarenlange ervaring in de toeristische sector hebben we veel ervaring opgedaan. We weten dat de bezoekers weinig tijd hebben en in die tijd willen ze zoveel mogelijk genieten, dus we zorgen ervoor dat onze gasten de beste en meest memorabele tijd hebben! The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.
Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the drop-off destination entered in the booking was incorrect. The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side.
