Het standbeeld van gelijkheid is een standbeeld van de 11e-eeuwse Indiase filosoof Ramanuja, gelegen op het terrein van de Chinna Jeeyar Trust in Muchintal, Ranga Reddy district in de buitenwijken van Hyderabad. Birla Mandir is een hindoetempel gebouwd op een 85 m hoge heuvel genaamd Naubath Pahad 13 acres (53.000 m2) perceel in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Naubat Pahad die ooit ook bekend stond als Band Rock zo genoemd omdat lang geleden alle officiële communicatie van Mughals naar de Nizams werden afgekondigd vanaf deze heuvel begeleid door muziek. De bouw duurde tien jaar en werd in 1976 geopend door Swami Ranganathananda van Ramakrishna Mission. De tempel werd gebouwd door de Birla Foundation, die ook verschillende soortgelijke tempels in India heeft gebouwd, allemaal bekend als Birla Mandir.

Visited the Statue of Equality, Golconda Fort, and Birla Temple on this full-day tour. All three sites were impressive and absolutely worth seeing. The Statue of Equality was breathtaking, the gold inner statue and the prayer ceremony happening during my visit made it a special experience. Golconda Fort is a must-see for any history lover, the acoustics system is incredible. A couple of tips for future travellers: visit Golconda Fort early morning or late afternoon to avoid the midday heat, and the same goes for Birla Temple as the stone floor gets extremely hot without shoes. The driver was reliable and the AC car was comfortable. Communication with the guide was a bit challenging at times, but the sites more than made up for it. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hyderabad.
