Husky en Rendieren ervaring met sneeuwscooteren
Beschrijving
Ervaar een arctische reis boordevol actie waar je op sneeuwscooters door de prachtige wildernis rijdt, betoverende rendieren en energieke Alaska Huskies ontmoet. Onze gidsen zorgen voor winterkleding en sneeuwscootertraining voordat ze vertrekken op een 1 uur lang sneeuwscooteravontuur door de bossen van de poolcirkel. Na de sneeuwscootertocht bezoekt u de husky- en rendierboerderij, waar u kunt genieten van een rit van 500 meter op uw eigen rendierenslee en een rijbewijs voor rendierensleeën kunt ontvangen. Ga vervolgens naar de Alaska Huskies en ervaar ze in actie tijdens een 800 meter lange sleetocht. Luister naar de lokale rendierherders terwijl ze je meer vertellen over de kuddelevensstijl en hoe het is om een rendierherder te zijn in de 21e eeuw.

Het stadskantoor in het Rovaniemi Center bevindt zich op de kruising van Valtakatu en Koskikatu. • Ontmoetingstijd bij Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari Office in Santa Claus Village om 10:00. • Ontmoetingstijd op het kantoor van Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City, Koskikatu 8, om 10:00. • Gemiste ontmoetingstijd en -punt zal resulteren in een gemiste safari die niet wordt terugbetaald.

- Om een sneeuwscooter te besturen is een geldig, fysiek rijbewijs (klasse B) vereist. Een voorlopig rijbewijs of een foto van het rijbewijs wordt niet geaccepteerd. Het rijbewijs moet in het Engels herkenbaar zijn. Als u uw rijbewijs niet meeneemt, kunt u geen sneeuwscooter besturen en kan er geen restitutie worden aangeboden.
- 2 volwassenen delen 1 sneeuwscooter. Als het aantal personen in de groep een oneven aantal is, zal iemand in de groep een sneeuwscooter moeten delen met een ander lid van de activiteit. Enkel rijden is beschikbaar als aanvulling voor volwassenen.
- Kinderen en volwassenen zonder rijbewijs kunnen op de slee mee op safari.
- Kinderen van 1-13 jaar zitten in een slee achter de sneeuwscooter van de gids. Wij raden een van de ouders aan om met een klein kind in de slee te zitten voor de veiligheid van het kind.
- Als een kind van meer dan 140 cm als passagier in een sneeuwscooter wil zitten, wordt een volledige prijs voor volwassenen in rekening gebracht (op basis van beschikbaarheid).
- De sneeuwscooterbestuurder is verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade aan het voertuig, met een persoonlijke zelfaansprakelijkheid van 950€ per persoon per sneeuwscooter in geval van een ongeval. Aanvullende verzekeringen kunnen ter plaatse worden afgesloten voor 15€, waardoor de zelfaansprakelijkheid afneemt tot 150€. Deze verzekering moet voor aanvang van de tour worden afgesloten.

A bit chaotic but still fun. There was a LOT of people. Kinda chaotic with no clear instructions. It was like a free for all and the guide had to shout to “herd” people. It was too overcrowded and the tour guides were unable to pay attention to their group. Like people were cutting lines and the guides did either notice or care. I suggest to just book directly at a less touristy spot. It was still nice to see the reindeers and huskies. The snowmobiling was fun too but some areas were too icy. I know they cannot control the weather but it was partly like that too due to all the tours beforehand that had went through the path.
Excellent tour, Pau, Vini and the greek guy were super nice. Is the best tour in the same day you do the snow mobile, Husky ride and reindeer ride
What an amazing day !! On paper the trip being £178 seems excessive but once you arrive you never want to leave. Checked in with Vinny who was absolutely fantastic and was pretty much our guide the whole day. He made the experience so great & we cant thank him enough. This trip had everything you could ask for & the 3 of us loved every minute of it. Thank you to everyone & we had the best day ever

Really fun and safe snowbike ride into the Winter forest. Then a loving farm with Happy Husky and reindeer, before a good warm salmone soup near a frozen river. What a great esperienze!! Great for Family, Friends or partner

You do get to experience everything which is cool! The Huskies and Reindeer part is very short. Not sure if thats standard, but I anticipated a longer activity. Snow mobiles were good, but slow paced. Woulda liked more for my money
The tour was great! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun — even with the temperature at -24°C. Highly recommend! Also, make sure to wear lots of layers to stay warm. ❄️😊
The biggest part of activity (snowmobile) was cancelled because of below 20 degrees temperature... no one told us anything before on boarding and only midway we were advised to wait until adults with binoculars kids finish that part to continue with the reindeer and husky experience... the company said we will be refunded to the tune of eur 114 being 35 per adult and 22 per child... while the same activity (1 hour snowmobiling) if to be booked with them would cost eur 300.... this is unacceptable... the rest of the tour was OK. When we complained in office when returned the manager said they understand and to communicate via viator, nothing can be done. This is unacceptable
Good tour, they deliver all the necessary equipment (all snow, shoes, gloves) the only drawback are too many groups (we left with two buses of 50 people for each). Excellent snowmobile ride, nice path in the middle of the woods and great driving. Very suggestive. Reindeer ride, very touristy. The course was a circular track where the guide accompanies you on foot while sitting on the towed sledge. Duration 5/10 minutes. Unfortunately we couldn't get around with the Huskies as it was too cold. But they showed us at least the cages. (They reimbursed us for this lack) Very nice kota where we were given cookies and tea. Excellent restaurant where at the end of the tour you have the opportunity to have lunch, we had an excellent salmon soup. (For a fee) Overall quality- good price even compared to other tours where each single excursion costs much more. Recommended
