Terwijl we rondreizen door de Hunter Valley op deze interactieve, amusante en informatieve excursie voor kleine groepen. Deze unieke verkenning naar de Hunter Valley vertrekt vanuit Sydney en biedt een verscheidenheid aan lekkernijen en proeverijen. Presentatie van de beste lokale producten uit deze regio, met uitzonderlijke boetiekwijnen, kaas- of chocoladeproeverijen. Een rondleiding met een kleinigheidje waar iedereen van kan genieten!

We verlaten Sydney City even na 7:00 uur en gaan naar het noorden voor een leuke dag in de vallei.
Als je naar het noorden gaat over de Harbour Bridge, verlaat je de stad voor de glooiende heuvels van de Hunter Valley.
De Hunter Valley is de oudste en meest gerenommeerde wijnstreek van Australië, beroemd om zijn kenmerkende Semillon en Shiraz wijnen, samen met zijn pittoreske wijngaarden en gastronomische ervaringen.
Gasten krijgen de mogelijkheid voor een educatieve kaasproeverij aan boord van onze Hunter Valley schilderachtige wijntour.
Wijnhuizen kunnen veranderen, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid voornamelijk in het Pokolbin-gebied. Hier is een lijst van kelderdeuren waar we tussen roteren: Irongate Estate, Savannah Estate, Constable, Tempus Two / Roche, Mount View, Tintilla Estate, Gun Dog, Mistletoe.

An amazing day. We started off as a mini bus full of strangers but soon became a fun filled winery tour family. Our driver, John was full of interesting chat & information & knowledgeable about wines. The first stop at Saddler’s creek Winery was our highlight of the day. An amazing experience in terms of tasting info, stories & setting. We then headed to Hanging Wines and slough we enjoyed this the first stop set the bar high!!we then had a fantastic lunch at a golf resort. Really impressed at the quality & settling. Our lat winery (Ernest Hill Wines) was our least favourite. Wines not chilled, all served in a small, thick glass & little time to enjoy each wine. A quick stop at Cheese tasting & Chocalatier made up for this. A great introduction to the Hunter Valley & this tour was a highlight.

The tour is wonderful with a lot of nice spot to see at Hunter Valley. The Guide Tony was very nice. The wines were good to taste.

Our driver for the trip was Stuart and got to say he was fantastic. Knowledgeable and funny. I have lived in Sydney for almost 2 years and some of the facts he had surprised even me. Excellent tour of Hunter Valley from Sydney with 3 wine tasting's and 1 cheese maker stops. Tasting's are informative and enjoyable with the opertunity to enjoy the wines made in the region.

Fabulous trip. Great wine tastings. Nice lunch stop. Comfortable mini van with only 11 of us. Friendly tour guide. Can highly recommend.

It all started with a 7am start meeting our driver / guide Raphael. Plenty of information given by Raphael on route with a comfort break planned in too. Off again to HV and it did not disappoint, despite the weather being very rainy at times. Saddlers Creek, Hanging Tree & Ernest Hills formed part of the Wine Tour from Sydney with Lunch at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and cheese tasting added too.. What a day, my sister & I had a fantastic experience and a big thanks to Raphael for looking after us.. p.s, we also got to see loads of Kangaroos as part of the day… Thank you again James & Jen…

We visited wine country from Sydney. The trip was very enjoyable. It is a bit of a ride to get there about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We visited two wineries in the morning and one in the afternoon. We had a nice lunch at a country club and an informative cheese tasting. The wine stops were each unique which was nice, each with its own personality. We really enjoyed that. Wineries visited vary so I won’t go into individual details but each was fun. We also got to see wild kangaroos in the vineyards which was awesome Nigel our guide was excellent

Had a great girls day out, we visited 3 wineries, cheese and chocolate factory and had a yummy lunch. Our driver was Nigel. He was friendly, engaging and gave us the days itinerary before heading out. Would highly recommend.
