De gids en chauffeur halen je op bij je hotel in Hue en verhuizen naar de botenwerf, waar je de Drakenboot op de Parfumrivier zult ervaren, de oevers van de Parfumrivier kunt zien en de poëtische schoonheid van Hue kunt voelen. De boot meert aan bij de Thien Mu-pagode en begint de pagode te bezoeken. Dit is een oude tempel van meer dan 400 jaar oud. Hier staat de Phuoc Duyen-toren - een "Heilige toren van 7 verdiepingen", beschouwd als een symbool van de Thien Mu-pagode. Vervolg uw reis per boot op de Parfumrivier om het Hon Chen-paleis te bezoeken - de plaats met de meeste anekdotes in het oude hoofdstadcomplex van Hue, dat wordt beschouwd als een heilig Cham-erfgoed in het hart van de stad. De boot vervolgt zijn weg naar het graf van Minh Mang - een van de wijze en rechtvaardige koningen van de Nguyen-dynastie. De gids en chauffeur halen je op bij je Hue-hotel en verhuizen naar de botenwerf. Maak vervolgens een boottocht waarbij u de Drakenboot op de Parfumrivier ervaart, de oevers van de Parfumrivier ziet en de poëtische schoonheid van Hue voelt tijdens een boottocht (30 minuten)
Thien Mu Pagode is een majestueus symbool van Hue, bekend om zijn zeven verdiepingen tellende pagode met uitzicht op de Parfumrivier. Deze historische boeddhistische plek biedt serene tuinen, een enorme oude klok en een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier. Als belangrijk religieus en cultureel monument is het een must voor elke reiziger die het rijke erfgoed van centraal Vietnam verkent.
Ga verder met een drakenboottocht van 30 minuten langs de Parfumrivier. Zie prachtige uitzichten aan beide zijden van de rivier en dompel jezelf onder in de natuur
De Hon Chen-tempel, gelegen op de Ngoc Tran-berg met uitzicht op de Parfumrivier, is een unieke mix van koninklijke etiquette en volksovertuigingen. Deze historische tempel, met zijn rijke geschiedenis die teruggaat tot de Nguyen-dynastie, biedt een serene ontsnapping aan de drukte. Bezoekers kunnen de ingewikkelde architectuur verkennen, meer te weten komen over de culturele betekenis ervan en zich onderdompelen in de spirituele sfeer terwijl ze genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de rivier
De chauffeur haalt u op bij Hon Chen Temple met de auto. Bezoek het Mausoleum van keizer Minh Mang is een prachtig bewijs van Nguyen Dynastie architectuur. Dit uitgestrekte complex, gelegen te midden van weelderig groen, toont ingewikkelde ontwerpen en harmonieuze balans. Verken de sierlijke structuren, serene tuinen en symbolische elementen die de heerschappij van de keizer weerspiegelen. Dompel jezelf onder in de rustige ambiance en krijg inzicht in de rijke geschiedenis.
Vervolgens neemt de auto u mee naar de bezienswaardigheden. Het graf van Khai Dinh wijkt opvallend af van de traditionele Hue-architectuur. Dit weelderige mausoleum combineert Vietnamese elementen met westerse invloeden, waardoor een uniek en visueel verbluffend meesterwerk ontstaat. Bij de constructie werd gebruik gemaakt van beton, keramiek en glas, een zeldzaamheid voor die tijd. Bezoekers worden gefascineerd door de ingewikkelde gravures, mozaïeken en adembenemende uitzichten vanaf de verhoogde locatie. Anna was an excellent guide. She spent more time with us at each stop than she needed to in order to give us a full history lesson. Riding along the river was a nice way to get to certain points without having to take a car. All stops were beautiful especially the last one at Khai Dinh’s mausoleum was especially exquisite. Again, Anna was amazing and a good sport despite us dragging her out to tour us in the blistering heat!

We had a lovely and enthusiastic guide called Austin. He was great at filling us in on all the local history. We loved his more personal anecdotes about the Emperor’s eunuchs and ‘fairy’ behind the Hon Chen Temple. We also very much enjoyed the dragon boat ride along the perfume river that took us to the temple and Pagoda. Even the rainy weather couldn’t put a dampener on our experience.

Nice combination with boat to visit the imperial tombs. It had been a very nice trip. Our guide Anna was very friendly, helpful and explained everything to us in detail . It was nice to see the landscape from the river. We visited the pagoda, a temple and 2 imperial tombs. Very worth seeing and impressive. The driver of the very neat vehicle had also been very friendly. At the end there was a stop at a souvenir shop where the craft of incense making was shown with high prices for tourists. Despite the rainy season a worthwhile 5 hour private excursion

Our guide, Anna, was very nice and knowledgeable. She took us to three sites. The first one, Dragon Mountain, was one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. The boat tour was also a wonderful experience. The meal was great and in a beautiful place by the river. On the whole, it was a great day, and Anna's professionalism made it perfect. We highly recommend taking the tour.

Austin was our guide for our day on the Dragon Boat Tour. Austin knew the answer to all our questions and has a great sense of humor, so it was a relaxed fun day with many beautiful sights. The driver we had was also a very kind and friendly man. Our hotel was not on the list of pickup points, but they picked us up there anyway, which was very convenient for us. All in all a very nice day.
