Met de rustige Huong rivier die zachtjes door de stad stroomt, de Ngu Binh berg vol groene pijnbomen en de citadel, koninklijke graven die getuige zijn van alle veranderingen van Hue en Viet Nam in vele periodes van de geschiedenis, is Hue een ideale keuze om de oude charme van het oude Captital te ontdekken en te duiken in de mysterieuze verhalen over het koninklijke leven en de mensen hier. Laten we ons aansluiten om een geweldige tijd in Hue te hebben.

08:00-08:30 uur: Onze chauffeur en gids halen u op bij het verzamelpunt in het centrum van Hue City en beginnen de tour. Stap op de drakenboot, ga langs de Huong rivier - Parfum rivier – de “Ziel” van Hue heeft de mysterieuze schoonheid gevormd, om te genieten van de frisse sfeer en vredige schoonheid van Hue op weg naar Thien Mu pagode,
Thien Mu Pagode - de oudste en mooiste pagode in Hue, gelegen langs de oevers van de Parfumrivier in Hue.
We verlaten de Thien Mu-pagode en stappen in het minibusje en gaan naar de Imperial Citadel – de thuisbasis van Vietnams laatste koninklijke dynastie waar de woon-, werk-, aanbiddings- en ontspanningsgebieden van 13 keizers van Vietnam tijdens de feodale periode te zien zijn.
De laatste stop in de ochtend is Dong Ba markt - het grootste en drukste handelscentrum in Hue City waar u zult zien hoe een variant van de Vietnam markt goederen, het dagelijks leven van de lokale bevolking, en proberen te onderhandelen als een lokale.
De lunch in een plaatselijk restaurant is een goed moment om te genieten van de beste traditionele Hue-gerechten en wat koninklijke thee, terwijl je voeten na de maaltijd ontspannen in kruidenwater.
In de middag bezoeken we Minh Mang King’s Mausoleum dat wordt beschouwd als het meest majestueuze van alle koninklijke graven. Het is onder de indruk van de symmetrie van landschapsarchitectuur en architectonische constructies.
Khai Dinh King’s Tomb - een mix van westerse en oosterse architectuur, heeft zijn stempel gedrukt op specifieke constructies in Khai Dinh Tomb. Het is de laatste constructie onder de Nguyen-dynastie.
De conische hoed of “Nón lá” in het Vietnamees - een symbool dat wereldwijd wordt erkend. Onze laatste bestemming is dat je bij een bezoek aan een lokale familie die de traditionele hoed en incent produceert, geboeid raakt door het nauwgezette proces en het kunstenaarschap achter deze prachtige culturele iconen. Ook kunt u hier een traditionele Ao Dai huren en een foto maken voor herinneringen. 16:30 uur: Tour is afgelopen en we stappen op minibusje, komen terug naar het hotel. Eindig je reis! The guide was able to give clear explanation of the sightseeing places - the pagoda, citadel, tombs etc. The lunch was good! We also get a herbal leg wash after lunch!

The nice people we met on the tour. Our tour guide was nice and seemed very knowledgeable, but in our group of 12, we were at the back of the van and because the guide had no microphone or headsets we couldn’t hear a thing he said on the whole tour while in the van. We would suggest getting headsets. Also our guide needed to wait for the entire group to be gathered before he started talking or moving on to the next site, which he did not.

Originally to be a half day tour as originally in my 14 days package in Vietnam n Cambodia. Found out the option of making it full day. Turned out to be a really enjoyable tour. Tuan has great friendly personality n full of fun. Worth it.
