Als je naar Ben Toa Kham komt, kun je ervaren hoe je op een drakenboot op de Parfumrivier zit, naar de oevers van de Parfumrivier kijkt en de poëtische schoonheid van Hue voelt.
De ouderwetse Thien Mu-pagode werd aan het begin van de 17e eeuw gebouwd door Lord Nguyen Hoang en werd een van de eerste heilige pagodes in Hue. Thien Mu Pagoda heeft een geschiedenis van meer dan 400 jaar en wordt beschouwd als een cultureel en religieus symbool van de dromerige stad Hue.
Reis per privéauto om de oude hoofdstad van Hue te bezoeken en de koninklijke paleizen van 13 koningen uit de Nguyen-dynastie te verkennen. Khai Dinh-tombe Vergeleken met andere graven in Hue is de Khai Dinh-tombe kleiner, maar toch uitgebreider en tijdrovender. Het is de combinatie van Oost-West klassieke en moderne architectuur.
Thuy Xuan Incense-making Village biedt een fascinerend kijkje in een eeuwenoude traditie. Bezoekers zullen getuige zijn van het ingewikkelde proces van wierookproductie, van het selecteren en malen van ingrediënten tot het rollen en drogen van de wierookstokjes. De lucht is gevuld met de geurige geur van verschillende kruiden en specerijen. Enjoyed our full day experience with our guide, Ruby, and our driver. As a native of Hue, Ruby knows a lot about the culture and explained a lot of the hidden aspects of the city. Her English is very understandable as well

Enjoyed our private day tour with very good guide and driver. Thom was most attentive to my walking needs as a senior citizen. Learned much from his narration of emperors' lives with humor. A well-paced tour, relaxed and most interesting. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were aware of what the itinerary would ask of us, so some things that could be a challenge for some travelers turned out to be bearable for us. (Such as the extreme heat during the summertime and the amount of walking and climbing steps) Austin was a cool tour guide. He had a very bright attitude from start to finish and he delivered a lot of information with a sincere interest in the material. He had some funny remarks, where appropriate, and was attentive to our needs. The itinerary worked out just fine too, with a good pace throughout the day and good points for a break or breather. Overall, it was an outstanding tour! Thanks again to Austin and the team!

Hue is definitely worth the visit. The city has beautiful monuments and a fascinating history. Unfortunately though our English-speaking guide barely spoke English and we missed most of the explanation. I am not sure when we will be able to visit this city again and this tour operator did not abide by its basic service level agreement. Unacceptable. The boat on the Perfume River had an engine so loud that it rendered what should have been a beautiful cruise, unenjoyable.

We toured Hue City with Long and had a lovely time! The tour is an efficient way to see all the key sights in one day. The help of a guide adds a dimension of historical context and understanding. Long shared his deep knowledge of the Hue region and helped us understand its importance in Vietnam's history. The tour is thoughtfully paced and well organized, with stops/breaks added just when you need them. The tour is operated with a driver separate from the guide which helps to increase efficiency (drop offs and pick ups are much easier this way). If you have limited time in Hue or it is your first time in the region and you are keen to get a foundational understanding, this tour is a great option.

We had booked a private tour to see the different Things to do in the Hue region. Our driver Ten was a really nice guy. He was very welcoming and brought us to the most beautiful places also for the pictures. Because we love Vietnamese coffee we visited two beautiful cafes. Highly recommended.
