Hue City 1 dagtour-vanuit Da Nang / Hoi An-privé optioneel

Had a pickup and drop-off at my hotel, good tour to a must-see historical site. Small group and informative guide made this a conveniant day trip.

This was a very bad experience! Bihn was very bad at his job. The trip started an hour later than advertised and the driver sped the whole way passing and honking (I know it's not uncommon but this was a bit much even for Vietnam.) . The guide slept on the ride to Hue and spoke little English and was unable to communicate. When speaking he directed at the monuments and not at us. One time he said I can take your picture then walked away. He even tried to read parts of the plackards to me after I finished reading them myself. The experience was extra upsetting as fluent guides answered questions and explained history as our guide looked at his phone or rushed us along. I finally decided to have him take us back to the hotel after 40 minutes into the tour and had to do so using Google Translate. Even then he insisted we get lunch because it was "very good" and It was. However, we had finished and he was in the corner eating and had to be told we wanted to go. The remainder of the trip was him clicking his nails and picking his teeth. All in all a huge waste of money and a day lost from my vacation. When someone books a private tour they want to learn history, culture and interact with the guide.  The guide should be able to answer questions and communicate without Google Translate.

An was hands down the best tour guide that we had on our entire trip to Vietnam- and we had several. He was so knowledgeable, calm, funny and interesting. He never rushed us or seem distracted. He answered all questions Vietnam related too. Thank you! You were amazing! -Kristen and David

Weather was terrible but our guide Vi is knowledgeable . However due to wet weather, experience was good, it’s a medium group.

Getting to Hue from Da Nang was super easy and convenient. The drive was smooth, and it didn’t take too long. Hue is the ancient capital of Vietnam, and you can really feel the history everywhere. The palaces and historical sites, especially the Imperial City, are so impressive. I loved learning about the old kings and the stories behind the place. The food? Absolutely amazing! From the famous bun bo Hue to the little snacks like banh beo and the sweet che desserts, everything was so tasty and unique. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love it here. At night, Hue felt much quieter compared to Da Nang or Hoi An. It’s not as lively, but I actually enjoyed the calm vibe. I found a cozy little bar, chilled there, and soaked in the peaceful atmosphere. Visiting Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue all in one trip was such a great experience. Each city has its own charm, but Hue stands out with its history and relaxed feel. Totally worth it!

I had a great time on this tour. Response time from booking to first contact via WhatsApp was very quick. Ms Phuong was able to arrange a customized private tour at a reasonable price after I described what I would like to see. Communication was always fast. Ms Phuong was also kind enough to provide information regarding tourist activities in da nang outside of the tour. Car was clean, driver was safe, guide was very good. Highly recommend.

I had a great time on this tour. Beautiful city. I tried to wear Ao Dai, it was great. I like it. The tour guide was helpful and polite, making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a very relaxing, and I would definitely come back!
