My ride was scheduled for 5:20pm. I was told they would be waiting with a sign with my name on it. Nobody was there waiting. Finally I asked a bunch of random people and they found my name and took me to a car. There was nobody with the company name or anything. Totally unorganized! I was worried nobody was showing up as I waited over half an hour, and didn’t leave the agirlirt untik around 6pm. I sure hope my pickup to the airport goes smoother and I don’t miss my flight home.

Unfortunately our driver had a physiological need right when you left the airport that was the reason why no one was holding a sign with your name when you left. We put a lot of effort into making your return transfer to the airport as punctual and pleasant as possible.
Awesome ride. Great service. Beers were cold. Driver was efficient and nice. Gave us some local information.

We ordered a luxury transport back to the airport and what we got was a Toyota corolla. The trunk didn't even fit our luggage. Every picture shows some SUV. They did not honor there contract for $85. They sent me a $24 car. It is unbelievable. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. USE AMSTAR THRU YOUR HOTELS

The waterfall was beautiful and peaceful - if you get there early. The later in the day it gets pretty busy with other tourists.

This was the perfect way to start our trip! We had a long flight and a layover with 7 people one of them a year old! It was so nice to be met at the airport with two escalades and cold beverages 😁. It was perfect, the were on time, and when they brought us back from the hotel to the airport they were on time and very helpful with all the luggage, stroller, carseat etc. We couldn't have asked for more.

We had to wait over 20 minutes for our car to arrive despite our plane being on time. I booked this especially because it said there was water and beers in the vehicle and I knew my boyfriend and I would be hot and thirty. There was neither. Absolutely nothing. When I asked the driver he said he could take us to a store so we could buy some. For the price I paid this should have come with at the VERY least cold water. Unbelievable. I will never book with this company again.

Very easy to meet our driver. He was waiting for us when we got through customs. We arrived to our hotel in 20 minutes. He also gave us a history lesson of the area.
