As someone who books transportation for clients regularly, reliability and customer service are two of the most important qualities I look for in a transportation company. That's why this experience was so disappointing. My clients had two separate reservations with two separate confirmation numbers. Somewhere along the way, there was conflicting information associated with one of the reservations. I'm not sure exactly where the error occurred, but despite the return reservation clearly listing Miami International Airport as the pickup location, the driver was dispatched to the cruise port, which was the pickup location for my clients' separate reservation. Rather than investigating the discrepancy, my client—who was standing at the airport waiting for her scheduled pickup—received a call informing her that she had been marked as a "no-show" and would need to arrange and pay for another transfer. When I called for assistance, I spent nearly 15 minutes on hold before speaking with a representative who offered very little help in resolving the issue. There was no effort to investigate the conflicting information or provide a customer-focused solution. The only accommodation offered was a discount on the replacement transfer, and that wasn't offered until I specifically asked. I understand that mistakes and miscommunications can happen. What distinguishes a great company is how they respond when they do. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy, problem-solving, and customer service when we reached out for assistance. I hope this feedback encourages improvements not only to their dispatch procedures, but also to the way they support customers when unexpected situations arise.

Service from the port of Miami was punctual although a bit chaotic once we came out of the ship luckily our vehicle had the name on the windshield for easy identification

The company was very prompt right on time when we have to changed the pickup location the last hour. Our driver, Caesar was great & patient. We will absolutely request him next time in April. Thank you.

Flawless services :) We hired one of their limos in Florida's southeastern coast to treat some of our VIP clients and worth every penny. The AC, punctuality and some costumed requests were spot on as requested. We will definitely book them once again

Good Car Service. The experience was really great from beginning to end. Our driver met us inside the baggage claim, helped with all our luggage, and we got all the information needed ahead of time

The chauffeur was on time, professional, and texted us before arrival with the pickup instructions. The black SUV was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family with luggage. The communication with the company was excellent, updates were sent via WhatsApp and email, including our driver’s name, phone number, with meeting point details. The drive to the Cruise Port was smooth and comfortable

We got off of our ship and called to let them know where we are. The person on the phone said it would take about 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, a man came up to us and started rapidly speaking. He told us there would be a car soon and to wait there. We did call a little bit early but not incredibly. In total it took them about 40 minutes to leave from when we called. Apparently one of their cars broke down so that’s why the wait was so long. I wouldn’t recommend this but other than the waiting, the car was alright and our driver was very good.

Roberto was great he got all 9 of us picked up at the hotel and dropped off at the port. He was super friendly and very prompt to get us!

They engage in illegal practices of charging a port entry fee and tolls of $14. There is NO FEE to enter a cruise port. Not only that, the payment must be in CASH ONLY paid to the driver. When I requested a non-toll road, they told me that I still had to pay the additional $14. I asked her why? She said that the limo has to park. I asked her what type of car was booked because i didn't request a limo. She said an SUV. So why would he have to park? So you're being charged for the ride when you purchase the ticket, then charged an ADDITIONAL $14 to be paid in cash only to the driver. If this isn't a SCAM I don't know what is. When I questioned this additional fee, they canceled my booking.

Daniel the assigned driver was in constant communication with me, after we retrieved our luggage he was right there to help, the vehicle had enough space for the 4 adults pluses toddler to sit comfortably. I would definitely recommend this service and I would definitely use this shuttle service again.
