De ervaring begint met een proeverij van vers regionaal fruit, een perfecte manier om verbinding te maken met de natuurlijke smaken van Costa Rica voordat u aan de tour begint.
Geniet van een paardrijtocht van ongeveer 1 uur en 20 minuten door tropische bospaden en schilderachtige natuurlijke landschappen. Een tweetalige Gids is inbegrepen tijdens de ervaring.
Stop bij een prachtige rivier om te ontspannen, foto's te maken en te genieten van het omliggende natuurlijke landschap.
Ongeveer 25 minuten paardrijden terug naar het verzamelpunt.
Aan het einde van de tour worden reizigers verwelkomd met een verfrissend natuurlijk drankje. Ze krijgen ook de gelegenheid om de paarden te voeren en een speciaal moment met hen te delen voordat ze afscheid nemen.

This was the best horseback riding tour I’ve ever done!! It was a fun mix of fields, mountains, roads and river. We had two hours of horse riding, then still got to see farm animals, make our own juice and feed the horses. You’re definitely getting your money’s worth and more! My guide Frank kept us safe and was super energetic, making the experience even more enjoyable. The owners were also very lovely people. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a true Costa Rican adventure.

I had such an amazing experience with Nature Tours La Fortuna! I booked this tour by myself as a solo traveler, and from the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel completely at home and welcomed. Everyone was so wholesome, kind, and genuine, and you can really tell that they care about the people who come to experience their tours. The owners were incredibly inviting and made me feel like I was more than just another guest. My tour guides were amazing! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and taught me so much throughout the experience. They also constantly made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself, which I really appreciated since I was traveling alone. The horseback riding was such a beautiful experience, and one of my favorite little moments was getting to try fresh sugar cane along the way! It made the tour feel even more authentic and special. I would 100% recommend Nature Tours La Fortuna whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, as a couple, or with a group. If you’re nervous about booking a tour alone, do it! I never once felt alone or out of place. I left feeling like I had spent the day with people who genuinely wanted me to have a great experience. The whole ride was super fun, we enjoyed every minute. Tour guides went out of their way to take pictures throughout experience. Complimentary juices were super good and grown in the same place.
We had a wonderful trip. We got an uber to the horse riding centre which was easy enough. There we were met by Andy who was (along with his family) absolutely delightful. We were offered fresh (and delicious) fruits. I mentioned I hadn’t seen a sloth yet and Andy said they had one on their property and took us to see it sleeping in its natural habitat. That was magical. The horses were really well looked after. Riding through the river was an absolute highlight. After we helped make sugar cane juice. A really fantastic afternoon!
