Ga Las Vegas uit om de Hoover Dam te zien : een technisch wonder, evenals het beroemde Welcome to Las Vegas-bord — beide must-do's tijdens uw bezoek aan Sin City. Na het ophalen maken we een stop bij het iconische heldere Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas bord. Neem hier een gedenkwaardige momentopname om uw tijd in het bruisende Las Vegas te herdenken. Volgende stop : Het uitzicht op het meer, een van onze favoriete plekken met het beste panoramische uitzicht op het Boulder Basin. Daarna neemt onze Gids u mee op een wandeling over een technisch wonder, observeert u de overloop en bezoekt u de gevleugelde figuren van de Republiek. Na enkele foto's zijn we klaar om de werking van de Power Plant te ontdekken, wandelend door de tunnels en Generator Room met de meest deskundige gidsen.

We kunnen de plek niet verlaten zonder een bezoek te brengen aan de tweede hoogste brug in de Verenigde Staten voor een prachtig uitzicht op het gezicht van de Hoover Dam en Lake Mead.
Observeer de overloop en bezoek de gevleugelde figuren van de republiek. Na enkele foto's zijn we klaar om de werking van de energiecentrale te ontdekken, wandelend door de tunnels en generatorruimte

Great small tour with getting to see all sides outside and inside of the dam. Plus the additional time from the bridge.
The dam and the bridge is interesting. Super hot - be ready for it. Israel kept us well topped up with water.
The actual Hoover Dam experience and the knowledge of the guide was outstanding. The only downside to our experience was that we were picked up one hour late after making multiple calls trying to find our driver.
Our guide, Israel, was fantastic! Very considerate of our wellbeing and comfort.

This was a great tour! Only suggestion would be to add option of doing full tour which takes you to lowest levels of dam. Israel, our tour guide, was exceptional - explaining history of the surrounding area and role played during construction of the dam. Also pointed out key items such as diversion tunnels etc. Would highly recommend this tour!

It was a bucket list item for me. The new bridge is also amazing. We did the power plant trip. I would like to go back and tour inside the dam.

Israel was the best!! The addition of seeing Mountain rams and ewes plus a roadrunner up close was a fantastic surprise! Having a local guide who spoke multiple languages was handy. I went solo with six other people on the tour and they were so nice.

This is an amazing 5 plus hours. Jam packed with interesting information. Our guide ( and I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was a fountain of knowledge with lots of facts and figures to impart to us. Myself and my 13yr old grandson took the tour and at no time was he bored (an achievement to keep a young teenager happy). We were supplied water and a few snacks and more substantial food is available in the visitor centre at the Hoover Dam. We saw all the welcome signs and had the obligatory photo stops. We crossed over into Arizona from the bridge so 2 states in 2 minutes, a fun thing. There can be quite a lot of walking, including steps, but ramps and elevators were available if needed. Needless to say I finished my day in excess of 15000 steps! If I could give 10 stars I would and wish I could remember our lovely guides name (originally from Toronto and studying in Nevada)
