Kleine groep SUV tours met niet meer dan zes personen per voertuig. ● Onze VIP Tour duurt slechts drie uur. ● De Power Plant tour met Visitor center tickets inbegrepen, die bestaat uit het Museum, tentoonstellingscentrum en de VIP patio kijken uit dat onze gasten te ervaren en te zien krijgen. ● We halen op bij het hotel waar de gasten verblijven. (Direct hotel ophalen) ● Wij zijn het enige tourbedrijf dat parasols biedt tijdens het warme zomerseizoen, zodat onze gasten zich comfortabeler in de schaduw zullen voelen, waar ze ook gaan. ● Snacks en onbeperkte flessen water zijn inbegrepen.

Vervoerd in een luxe SUV (Suburban) Tourtickets voor elektriciteitscentrales en museumtickets zijn inbegrepen. Bij aankomst wordt u meegenomen op een rondleiding van 35 minuten op 200 meter diepte in de enorme bovenbouw zelf. Dit is een rondleiding waarbij je de gigantische hydro-elektrische turbines en meer kunt verkennen. Museumtickets zijn ook inbegrepen om toegang te krijgen tot het museum en om zeldzame items te zien. Je krijgt veel verschillende bezienswaardigheden van de Hoover Dam te zien, zoals de Hoover Dam, Lake Mead en de Pat Tillman-bypassbrug die over de hele structuur loopt. De geweldige wandeling over de top van de grootste dam van Amerika op de brug is een geweldige ervaring. We halen op bij alle striphotels, hotels in het centrum en hotels op niet meer dan 3 mijl afstand van de strip. Voor uw gemak organiseren we elke dag twee vloten van Hoover Dam-tours om 8.00 uur en 13.00 uur. De geplande ophaaltijden die op Viator worden geadverteerd, zijn de geschatte ophaaltijden, maar niet de exacte tijden. De exacte ophaaltijd wordt naar u verzonden nadat uw gekochte tour is gekocht en ook een dag voor uw tour. We gebruiken 6 luxe Suv's voor passagiers op elke Hoover Dam-tour met niet meer dan 3 hotels om op te halen per SUV, dus uw ophaaltijd is niet meer dan 20 minuten vanaf de geadverteerde tijden.

Cancelled tour due to lack of guests. Offered upgrade for additional $100. Unable to pay on site. Then pick changed from hotel to one a mile away. Unacceptable.
Hi William, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few details regarding your experience. To confirm, the reservation was not canceled by our team; rather, it was canceled by you seven hours prior to the tour due to your full day of travel. In an effort to accommodate you, we offered an upgrade so we could still run the tour for a private tour for ypur group for a $100 total , which you accepted and happy to be upgraded, but understandably declined due to the other reason you mentioned and we completely respect that decision. Regarding the pickup location, Vdara is not a mile away from Aria. Because Aria is a large property with multiple confusing pickup points, we direct all Aria guests to the Vdara rideshare area, which is located just to the right of the Aria main valet. We utilize this specific spot because it provides a much smoother, quicker, and more efficient pickup experience for our guests. We appreciate your time and wish you the best in your future travels. Excellent guide Sammy. He narrated the entire tour drive from Las Vegas to Hoover Dam pointing out many points of interest we would’ve missed on our own. And he is very knowledgeable in the history of the dam and all the surrounding landscapes. Absolutely wonderful guide. Very friendly and accommodating. I give him five stars plus.

Pick up at our hotel was prompt. Communication before was spot on! Transportation, tour guide info, tickets were very convenient to have arranged for us!

I booked this tour early February for an April 1 tour. I attempted to contact the company the day before to confirm our tour. Each time I attempted to contact the company, it went to straight to voicemail. I left a message with a request to return my call. No call was returned. The next day we waited outside our hotel at the designated meeting point. No one ever showed up. I finally emailed the company and they replied saying they had sent me an email the day before stating the tour had been cancelled. I never received the email. I asked them to forward me a copy of the email for a time stamp, but never received one. Very unprofessional and really put a damper on our trip! Would not recommend!
Hi Yvonne, Your review is highly valued and much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cancel your tour because the power plant tour was temporarily closed to the public for maintenance purposes. They notified us the day before which is why we notified you the day before your tour and issued you a full refund. Sometimes our emails are foreign the often go to Spam folders by default so if you dont check your spam folder then you may have not received our email. At times, maintance issues do occurr at the Dam that cause last minute camcellations and we truly apologize for your inconvenience. It’s a good way to see something off the strip but still have half a day for something else. Everything there is worth seeing. Daniel was a great guide and he even showed us a couple “extras” there and back.

If you need a chauffeur to get you there this is a great choice. Unknown to me at the time of booking, with this "luxury" tour you can't get the full-length dam tour unless you travel in your own vehicle, if the explanation I was given is accurate. So it was fine but expensive considering we already had a rental car. We did have the convenience of being there ahead of the crowds and the driver was extremely friendly and informative but I "assumed" and hoped we would get the full tour inside the dam for the price we paid and was disappointed. I did not make a fully informed decision so I hope this helps.

The driver was very nice. It was definitely much better than being on a bus. I was disappointed when we got there. If you are expecting to actually get to tour the dam this is not what you are going to get. You are going to get a power plant tour. You are NOT going into the dam. After traveling across the country to do this and then not being able to I was disappointed. I did not feel this was made clear in the description when I purchased tickets.
