Bezoek zes topattracties in Istanbul op één dag tijdens een dag sightseeing tour door de stad! De dag boordevol actie omvat een uitgebreide tour door de historische wijk Sultanahmet, waar veel van de mooiste architectonische erfenissen en bezienswaardigheden van de stad te vinden zijn. Bezoek de Blauwe Moskee en het Topkapipaleis, evenals de Hippodroom van Istanbul, het verzonken paleis van de Basilica Cisterne en de schitterende Grote Bazaar. Facultatief bezoek aan de Hagia Sophia (Voor wie wil bezoeken, koopt zijn eigen ticket) Aantallen zijn beperkt tot 14 tijdens deze tour met kleine groepen, waardoor een persoonlijke ervaring wordt gegarandeerd.

Ga door het Hippodrome van Istanbul en zie de Egyptische obelisk van graniet die aan de stad werd geschonken, en hoor hoe de site ooit het centrum van het sportieve en politieke leven van de stad vertegenwoordigde. Na het stoppen voor foto's.
Ga naar de Blauwe Moskee en bewonder de zes minaretten en de duizenden Iznik-tegels die een zee van blauw over het interieur van het gebouw laten stromen. Een van de mooiste voorbeelden van klassieke Ottomaanse architectuur, de moskee werd gebouwd op het legaat van Sultan Ahmet I, die een moskee eiste om de grandeur van de Hagia Sophia te evenaren.
Net als Hagia Sophia bestaat het Topkapi-paleis nu als een van de beste musea van Istanbul, de thuisbasis van een collectie versieringen die ooit toebehoorde aan de 15e-eeuwse sultans en harems van de stad.
Kan worden vervangen door Museum of Great Palace Mosaics. Bezoek Basilica Cisterne - het 'verzonken paleis' van Istanbul - een site die beroemd was in de James Bond-film From Russia with Love. De site is een van de grootste van de oude reservoirs van de stad die onder de grond liggen.
Grote Bazaar, een van 's werelds beroemdste souks. De bazaar bestaat uit bijna 60 straten en duizenden meer winkels en kan overweldigend zijn. Laat je gids je kennis laten maken met de kleurrijke (indien chaotische) hoogtepunten en zoek naar sieraden, leer, aardewerk, kruiden en meer.

Tussen het Ibrahim Pasha-paleis en de Blauwe Moskee wordt het 35 honderd jaar oude meesterwerk en de diepgaande geschiedenis ervan door je gids gegeven.

Han and I had a wonderful walking tour in Istanbul on October 1st. Our guide Yunus is amazing. He gave us a lot of useful, interesting and practical information. For almost 3 hours! Good day overall. Guide and our driver was on time, which was really nice. Informative tour overall. A good idea is to get the "whispers" as crowds are big and sometimes hard to hear or keep up with, when you see something interesting along the routes.

Our designated tour guide was Seviley - she was friendly, kind and knowledgeable - overall a sweet person. I feel that although the Tour guide was good. I felt Viator could bring down the price of this tour as it was fairly pricy for what it was. I also feel that the commentary on the blurb of this experience is slightly misleading. On the first page it states entrance fees of sites are paid for but if you scroll to the itinerary it states otherwise.

We had a private tour two of us by Sevilay. She was responsible, proactive to inform meet-up venue, and informative about the history of the places of interest. Best part she has excellent photography skills & helped us take nice photos. Friendly and excellent guide. As expected and informed by previous tourists, there is a carpet sale pitch at shop, ceramic shop and shop at grand bazaar we were brought to. Prices seem bit steep

Don’t book the inclusive ticket, the tour was terrible, the company did not handle any of our concerns, and we were left extremely dissatisfied Couple of notable issues though there were many: Lunch was not properly scheduled and we ate extremely late Tour guide didn’t accompany us into rooms even though other groups had guides in there Tour guide lied to us and told us toilets weren’t available and only when we saw signs ourselves did we realise Company implied we were lying when we brought up our issues Grouped with people who didn’t have the inclusive ticket so we still had to queue in the sun to get their tickets and then queue again for entrance Hagia Sophia is not included and this is not made clear (to us at least)

Our intimate tour of Istanbul’s sites with Sevilay Tokmak was incredible. She made sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions and curiosities with insightful facts about Istanbul and the culture.
