I highly recommend this tour. Our guide was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and had a great sense of humor, which made the experience enjoyable. Normally, I don't like guided tours because I prefer exploring on my own, but the Louvre is so large and full of history that I would have been completely lost without him. He helped us understand the most important masterpieces and shared interesting stories that brought the artwork to life. This tour made our visit much more enjoyable and worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Louvre for the first time.

I would never book this experience again through TripAdvisor. The tour operator was extremely unprofessional, and the overall experience was unacceptable. We were running slightly behind schedule, and the tour departed without us. When we contacted the company, they initially told us we could reschedule for an additional $100 per person. However, when we attempted to do exactly that, they changed their position and insisted we pay the full price again instead. Afterward, communication became nearly nonexistent. They stopped responding to our messages and made it incredibly difficult to reach anyone for assistance. The lack of consistency, poor customer service, and misleading information turned what should have been an enjoyable experience into a frustrating one. I expected much better from a company featured on TripAdvisor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this tour operator and would strongly encourage other travelers to look elsewhere.
That the scheduling is awful and the guide was not visible to patrons. I missed out on a wonderful opportunity and there was no way to make it up.
