Heb je weinig tijd, maar wil je toch alles zien? Deze privé-e-biketour van een halve dag is perfect voor jou! Ga met mij, een ervaren lokale gids, mee op een zorgeloze rit met moeiteloze elektrische trapondersteuning. Geniet gewoon van het uitzicht terwijl we door de Gotische wijk, langs de kathedraal en het Paleis van de Catalaanse Muziek rijden. We verkennen de oude haven, Montjuïc, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, Sagrada Familia en Citadel Park. Je leert meer over de rijke geschiedenis, de stedelijke ontwikkeling en de architectuur van Barcelona aan de hand van boeiende verhalen. We zullen bij elke bezienswaardigheid even stilstaan voor foto's en interessante weetjes. Omdat het een privétour betreft, pas ik de route graag aan uw specifieke interesses en tempo aan voor een echt persoonlijke ervaring.

Op dit plein staan het stadhuis van Barcelona en het Catalaanse regeringspaleis. Hier leer je over het ontstaan van de stad.
Op het plein worden de belangrijke punten uit de geschiedenis van deze kathedraal tentoongesteld.
Aan de poorten van het Paleis van de Catalaanse Muziek, tentoonstelling over de geschiedenis en het ontstaan van deze concertzaal, een zeer belangrijk werk van het Catalaanse modernisme. Wat is het Catalaans modernisme? Wie was de architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner? Deze twee vragen worden hier beantwoord.
Een kleine 19e-eeuwse buurtmarkt getransformeerd met groot talent aan het begin van de 20e eeuw.
De mooiste gotische kerk van de stad
De oude haven is radicaal getransformeerd in de aanloop naar de Olympische Spelen in Barcelona.
Het pittoreske Barceloneta, ooit een arbeiders- en visserswijk, zijn stranden. Een korte pauze op een terrasje om de dorst te lessen.
Het belangrijkste werk van Antoni Gaudí. HET belangrijkste monument van de stad.
La Casa Milà, Gaudí's laatste civiele commissie, ook wel bekend als "La Pedrera".
Nog een Casa ontworpen door Gaudí, een van zijn meest bewonderde werken.
het Spaanse plein, zijn arena's, zijn fontein. De lay-out van de omgeving voor de Wereldtentoonstelling van 1929 - de magische fonteinen, het Caixa Forum, het Mies van der Rohe-paviljoen beschouwd als een van de belangrijkste juwelen van de moderne architectuur.

Oorspronkelijk het Spaanse paviljoen voor de Wereldtentoonstelling van 1929, tegenwoordig het belangrijkste museum in de stad. Zeer mooi uitzicht op de stad.
Het Olympisch stadion, een van de essentiële onderdelen van de Olympische ring, ring die ook het Palau de Sant Jordi en de telecommunicatietoren herbergt, ontworpen door Santiago Calatrava.
De Joan Miró Foundation, een heel mooie plek op de hoogten van de Montjuïc
De tuinen van de uitkijktoren van Alcalde, een heel mooi uitzicht over de stad en de haven.

What a perfect day to tour Barcelona on a bicycle! Jean Pierre was an absolute pleasure. His tour was very informative and he knows the streets and the destinations so well. If you’re comfortable on a bike and want to cover some ground, this is the way to go. Four hours went by way too fast!!

This private tour was perfect. Jean Pierre discussed options for the ride and we saw so many things in Barcelona, the coast, the Olympic site, parks, historic sites. Jean Pierre was able to keep us on bike paths most of the time and did not have to fight the busy streets. We were able to proceed at our pace and it was a wonderful way to see the city.

An excellent over 4 hours trip. Jean Pierre was excellent - he took us to many landmarks and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Barcelona. With electric bikes it was so easy

Jean-Pierre was very thoughtful and thorough. He will tailor the tour to your liking- and can be very detailed- or brief if you prefer. Perfect for a small group- the streets can get crowded- so be prepared to dodge a few pedestrians- but it was safe and fun and I would do this again. Great way to learn and get the layout of a new city if you’ve never been.

We highly recommend this tour. The fact that the tour is private for just you and your group is awesome. That way, you can go at your preferred pace and not get hung up with a big group of strangers while navigating Barcelona. We LOVED learning about Barcelona via this tour! We use to sign up for ‘Hop On Hop Off’ bus tours when we were visiting a new city, but this was SO MUCH MORE FUN!
