Driver very prompt. Easy process. Took me to my hotel in Shenzhen with no issues. Driver did not speak English, but had a person on his phone in their office if you need someone who can translate

I had a great week , the Cubans are always so kind! Excellent service with Erika for restaurant reservation and Tania on the premium side they were very kind and generous! At the buffet the waitresses as well as the cooks always smile and are very friendly. Good service at the reception the only thing I deplore is that when I arrived there was no cart service for your luggage and go to your room either we organize alone or wait after the 2 poor employees who had to walk through the site I do not understand why they removed this service it does not make sense for those who have difficulty moving or who do not know the site. It’s been more than 8 trips to Memories Flamenco that I’ve made and this is the first time we didn’t have this service. To be improved and put back into operation!
