Koh Pak Bia (ook gespeld als Phak Bia) is een klein eiland dat behoort tot de Koh Hong archipel. Gelegen tussen Koh Yao Noi en de kust van Krabi (Enige optie Per speedboot)
Koh Lao Lading ligt op korte afstand van Hong Island. Nog een klein kalkstenen eiland met hoge kliffen en beschutte zandstranden.
Neem je mee naar het mooiste strand en het paradijselijke eiland, Krabi Thailand. De tour neemt je mee naar het hoofdeiland van de Hong Islands-groep. Voor sightseeing en snorkelen in het heldere water zoals Lading Island, Pakbia Island, Hong Lagoon, droog af op het witte zandstrand en zwem in de warmte van de zon. Geniet van een heerlijke lunch op een tropisch strand.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De ophaaltijd begint tussen 07:50 uur. en 08.30 uur. De touroperator bevestigt de exacte ophaaltijd via e-mail. Vergeet niet uw e-mail opnieuw te controleren. Als u in Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas verblijft, neem dan de shuttleboot van het hotel naar de Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Als u in Railay Beach verblijft, bieden wij een ophaalservice aan vanaf het bootticketkantoor bij de Ao Nam Mao Pier, op slechts 15 minuten varen met de longtailboot van Railay East. Als je in Ton Sai verblijft, kom dan naar het ontmoetingspunt bij de receptie van Phra Nang Inn in Ao Nang. Zorg ervoor dat u uw gids ten minste 10 minuten vóór de geplande ophaaltijd in de lobby van uw hotel ontmoet. U kunt als no-show worden beschouwd als u meer dan 10 minuten te laat arriveert of nadat de gids uw hotel heeft verlaten.

All the promised services were provided. But even the transport from/to the hotel with 30 people on a flatbed truck and the accommodation in the boat were rather unreasonable. Also on the islands were the suspected tourist crowds to be found. The guide himself was trying very hard, but also overwhelmed. So ok in terms of content, but unfortunately mass transport to optimize yield.

It’s like a production line. So many people. You had to queue to get on and off the islands. It was awful. But then the whole Krabi area is completely overrun with tourists.

The tour starts very late, after 10 a.m., when the sun is already very strong. The tour should start much earlier. The snorkeling experience was not good. The boat was parked in a low-tide area where there were jellyfish and sea urchins. I accidentally stepped on a sea urchin, and the tour guide kept saying it was “okay” and not to worry. However, I still had spines stuck in my foot and had to go to a medical clinic after the tour to have them removed, as it was very painful, inflamed, and at risk of infection. The tour guide was very dismissive of the situation and did not provide any guidance or advice on what to do. The beaches themselves are undeniably beautiful, but they get extremely crowded, as expected. It is also disappointing that all the beaches had designated smoking areas. It’s hard to understand why smoking is allowed in a national park that is meant to be protected and preserved.

Really cool trip! Couldn’t really snorkel because there were jellyfish around but you could still do it if you wanted to! Hong island was really pretty, would recommend anyone to go (especially up to the viewpoint)

Since it is a hotspot, it is very crowded. Just so you can prepare for it. Nevertheless, it is beautiful there!
