Op onze Hollywood-tour gaan we terug in de tijd naar toen de naam voor het eerst op kaarten verscheen in de jaren 1880, dan zullen we je vertellen hoe en waarom de startende filmindustrie voor het eerst naar dit kleine boerendorp in het begin van de twintigste eeuw verhuisde. Door door de straten van Hollywood te lopen, krijg je de kans om de vele verborgen historische bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te ontdekken (zoals het oudste huis in Hollywood, waar de kinderen van Charlie Chaplin naar school gingen), en je het beste van dichtbij en persoonlijk te bieden ervaringen van iconen als de Walk of Fame, het Capitol Records Building, het Egyptian Theatre, het Dolby Theatre (de thuisbasis van de Oscars) en het TCL Chinese Theatre waar je Hollywood-tour eindigt, op de perfecte plek om te lunchen of wat te eten geweldige foto's van het Hollywood Sign voor Instagram. * Tour begint dagelijks om 10.00 uur * Kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar krijg gratis toegang

We arrived a few minutes early for our 10 am tour as the company requested and our guide Sam arrived around the same time. And we all realized that this was going to be a small tour - me, my wife and Sam! He was highly knowledgeable of the history of Hollywood and Hollywood Blvd and gave us wonderful details and trivia about the neighborhood, the various buildings and architecture, local nightlife, food, the walk of fame, and more. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our two hours with him! Thanks again for a great way to learn about the history of Hollywood!
Our guide Sonya was marvellous. Full of great stories and facts. We walked a lot and saw all the sites as per the tour list. We took the Hollywood walking tour. It was great. Our guide Sonya was awesome. The information and insights she provided were really interesting. She made the tour such a memorable one. This tour is worth taking and definitely highly recommended especially for first timers to Hollywood and would like to have a good introduction to Hollywood and its rich and interesting history.
I have to say, we didn’t exactly luck out on a warm sunny day but I still loved the tour and would even do it again! Chris was a wealth of information and would highly recommend his tour to anyone. He was able to give us info that was fun to go back and share with others, and knowing how and what built the alluring Hollywood was engrossing.
