Great communication, friendly driver! Pro tip: When looking for the Welcome Bar meetup spot, make sure you are on the DOMESTIC side of terminal 2, not the international side (there is more than one welcome bar).
Driver to Holbox drove way too fast, passing everyone and way over the limit. Was also on mobile phone. Did not feel safe. Driver to Cancun drove reasonable speed, but was constantly texting and looking at his phone. Would not recommend them.
The shuttle was safe and on time. Driver was very friendly. I will take a shuttle again going from Chiquila to the airport just to make sure I am on time and won't miss the plane.
The driver was reading his phone intermittently while driving. I felt unsafe. He was definitely not focused on driving and our safety. It was clear he was a good driver in general, but reading his phone while driving was unacceptable.

Well, effective. 2 hours to get from the airport to Chiquilá. Followed service with whats app very precise. A downside: if the shuttle used the highway on the way, on the return, the use of the national requires potentially dangerous travel.

Clear communication, on time, reliable. Good value. When you are on the island, there are tour operators offering transfers from Holbox to the airport for less money… I didn’t bother looking into those, as it was way more important to me to use this same reliable company that I used to bring me from the airport to Chiquila/Holbox. You won’t go wrong using this company.
