Hobbiton Movie Set volledige dagretour vanuit Auckland. Bekijk een van de beroemdste attracties van Nieuw-Zeeland, de magische Hobbiton-filmset tijdens deze volledig begeleide kleine groepsreis. Beroemd uit de films The Lord of the Rings en Hobbit. Onze tours worden uitgevoerd in kleine groepen, in moderne minibussen, speciaal gebouwd om uw tourervaring en dag te verbeteren. Aan boord hebben we geweldige, gepassioneerde gidsen die altijd veel verhalen, feiten en commentaar hebben om je onderweg te vermaken. Er zijn zoveel kleine dingen die onze tours uniek en gedenkwaardig maken, waaronder geheime stops, dieren in het wild bekijken, gratis water en snacks, USB-oplaadpunten voor uw apparaten en zelfs wifi-toegang in het tourvoertuig. We zijn er trots op dat uit onze klantbeoordelingen blijkt dat het niet alleen om de bestemming gaat... het is de reis die onze reizen speciaal maakt.

Uw tour begint in de grootste stad van Nieuw-Zeeland. Terwijl we de stad uitrijden, zal uw gids niet alleen de scène voor uw avontuur vandaag bepalen, maar u ook wijzen op en begeleiden langs enkele van de belangrijkste hoogtepunten van de stad.
Uit Auckland reizen we zuidwaarts door het prachtige platteland van Waikato, het meest uitgestrekte landbouwgebied ter wereld. Onderweg komen we prachtige landschappen, machtige rivieren, geweldige fotomogelijkheden, indrukwekkende bergen en verschillende boerderijdieren tegen.
We stappen aan boord van een van de grote groene Hobbiton bussen om te vertrekken op een twee en een half uur durende volledig Gids tour van deze geweldige 12 hectare grote filmset met een professionele Hobbiton gids om ervoor te zorgen dat u het meeste uit uw bezoek haalt. Tijdens uw tour stap in de weelderige weiden van de Gouw, bezoek 44 hobbit holes, zie prachtige tuinen, hoor de geheimen en verhalen over het maken van de films en geniet van een koud drankje in de beroemde Hobbiton pub The Green Dragon pension.
Helaas moeten we weer naar het noorden, maar uw dag is nog niet voorbij met een volledig begeleide terugreis naar Auckland inclusief verrassingstops. Afhankelijk van het weer en timing doen onze gidsen graag andere verrassingstops. Misschien een schilderachtige stop bij een meer of de kans om Nieuw-Zeelandse ijsjes te proberen, we houden ervan om u kennis te laten maken met lokale wilde dieren en dieren. Je zult op de tour moeten springen om te zien waar je heen gaat!

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
*Als er geen pick-up is geselecteerd op het moment van boeking, krijgt u ons standaard ontmoetingspunt toegewezen (skyCity Hotel). U bent van harte welkom om dit op elk moment te updaten. Als uw locatie er niet bij staat, kies dan uw dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare optie en ontmoet ons daar. *Pick-ups kunnen beginnen tot 20 minuten voor de tour vertrektijd, afhankelijk van de locatie. Om een vlotte start te garanderen, gelieve buiten 5 minuten voor uw specifieke ophaaltijd klaar te staan en te wachten. *Pick-up locaties zijn zorgvuldig gepland voor elke tour en kan variëren per dag. Als uw ophaallocatie verandert, verzoeken wij u dit vooraf aan ons door te geven. *Onze gidsen maken meerdere stops en kunnen binnen een tijdsbestek van 10 minuten aankomen. We kunnen niet wachten op late gasten.

- Minimumaantallen zijn van toepassing. Er is een mogelijkheid tot annulering na bevestiging als er niet genoeg passagiers zijn om aan de vereisten te voldoen. In het geval dat dit gebeurt, wordt u een alternatieve of volledige terugbetaling aangeboden.

This was worth every penny. Hobbiton is breathtaking and Trent was a great tour guide! Very personable and made it so we didn’t have to worry about a thing the whole trip. Would do it again!
This was a good tour for our family of six. The pick up was on time and there were five other individuales on the van. The van itself was a Mercedes sprinter van and very comfortable. The driver, Vickey, had some commentary on the drive and it was a good mix of talking and listening to music. She had a good level of energy and was engaging. The drive back had a couple of stops for some photo ops and snacks. Overall this was a great option for our large family to get to and from Hobbiton. I like the smaller bus as compared to a large coach tour operator.
My visit to the Hobbiton Movie Set was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Although it rained during the visit, it did not diminish the enjoyment of the tour. Along the journey, the tour guide shared interesting information not only about the Hobbiton movie set and its connection to The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films, but also about New Zealand’s history, culture, and landscapes. This helped expand my knowledge and made the trip both educational and engaging.

We had Grant as our tour guide. He was very informative and we had a great day. Weather and tour were both great and I've never even watched movies! We only had 7 on bus which was great so we had 2 seats each. Thanks Jayne & Holly

Trent our driver was great and very knowledgeable. The trip to and from the Hobbiton movie set staging area was smooth and enjoyable. We were able to be there early enough to stretch, grab something from the souvenir and cafe shops before entering our bus to the set. Watching LOTR ( ROTK) on the way back was a nice touch as well, and a great way to end the day for our family. -Los WBs
Had a great experience visiting the Hobbiton set. What made it extra special was our tour guide Jeoff. He had tons of knowledge about New Zealand and had snacks and water prepared for us. He and Cheeky Kiwi made this experience unforgettable.
Vicki from Cheeky Kiwi made this trip so much more than just a ride from Auckland to Hobbiton. She was a genuinely warm and welcoming person - from the moment we got on board and made everyone feel at ease straight away. She kept us fed with snacks and food on the way, which was a lovely touch, and the journey flew by thanks to her sharing Kiwi history and local knowledge about the areas we were passing through. She clearly loves being a guide! At Hobbiton itself the movie set experience was so stuffed with nature and movie nostalgia, but Vicki’s care and attention on the day improved the 2hr journeys (with breaks). She was patient, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions or offer tips. Can’t recommend her highly enough, if you’re booking a day trip from Auckland, you want Vicki driving the bus ;)

It’s quite a long journey/day. Hobbiton tour itself was great, beautiful place, very interesting, good tour guide.. Minibus ride was comfortable and driver was knowledgeable. It felt rushed as we didn’t really have time to have lunch and browse the gift shop. I felt a bit stressed as we were obviously partly rushing so someone could get back in time for his cruise ship departure.
