Als u deelneemt aan onze premiumtour met een maximale groep van 12, krijgt u de kans om alle beroemde en must-visit-attracties te bezoeken: het Onafhankelijkheidspaleis, de Notre Dame-kathedraal, het centrale postkantoor en het War Remnants Museum. Je komt meer te weten over de lange geschiedenis, rijke cultuur en bijzondere architectuur in een van de grootste steden van Vietnam in het verleden.

07.30 - 08.00 uur: haal je op en vertrek naar Reunification Palace, dat vele generaties Vietnamese, maar ook buitenlanders in gedachten heeft gehouden. Het staat bekend als de beroemde historische getuige die de twee felle oorlogen tegen de Franse en Amerikaanse kolonisten doormaakte.
Ga verder met de Notre Dame-kathedraal en het historische centrale postkantoor, de andere prachtige bouwwerken uit de Franse koloniale tijd, ze zijn allemaal de beste dingen om te doen in Ho Chi Minh-stad. Helaas is de Notre Dame-kathedraal gerestaureerd, dus we bezoeken het gewoon buiten.
Het centrale postkantoor in Ho Chi Minh is een prachtig bewaard gebleven overblijfsel van de Franse koloniale tijd en misschien wel het grootste postkantoor in heel Zuidoost-Azië.
Het War Remnants Museum is al jaren het meest bezochte museum in Ho Chi Minh City. Met tentoonstellingen en displays gericht op de oorlog in Vietnam, een van de meest politiek invloedrijke oorlogen in de moderne wereldgeschiedenis, zijn veel bezoekers, vooral die uit westerse landen, naar het museum gekomen om meer te weten te komen over hoe Vietnam erin slaagde een verpletterende overwinning te behalen op de VS en de nasleep van deze oorlog.

This tour was the absolute highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. Being picked up right from my hotel and riding pillion with an amazing female rider in her Ao Dai felt both safe and special. We zipped through the city’s busy streets, visiting everything from the Post Office and Notre-Dame Cathedral to hidden gems like the secret bunker and the Ten Thousand Buddha Pagoda. The food stops were perfect—fresh bánh mì, silky caramel pudding, and strong cà phê đen kept me energized all morning. Our guide spoke excellent English, and every stop came with stories that made Saigon’s history come alive. It’s such a unique, personal way to see the city, and I’d highly recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or anyone who wants to explore beyond the usual tourist bus!

Simon our guide was very informative, friendly & amusing. He also took pictures for me since I was traveling solo.
Only 2 of us on the tour, our guide provided us with information regarding pickup and was on time. All of the sites visited were interesting and the guide provided informative and interesting details about them. Time spent at each site was sufficient, and included time for us to wander to look for ourselves.

The place isn't the nicest, but the experience sure is great. The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. He provided a huge amount of history tale, how Vietnamese fought and utilized the tunnel in the war. 100% worth experiencing if you want to know about Vietnam in the past
