Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Aankomst op de luchthaven Na het inklaren van de immigratiecontroles en het ophalen van uw bagage (beperkt gebied). Zoek de chauffeur bij de EXIT GATE, Arrival Hall (openbare ruimte), wij houden een bordje vast met uw naam erop zodat u ons gemakkelijk kunt herkennen. Als u de chauffeur niet kunt vinden, neem dan contact met ons op via het nummer dat op de voucher staat vermeld. Vertrekpunt U wordt bij uw hotel in de receptielounge of buiten op het opgegeven woonadres opgewacht. Transfers werken om alle vluchten te voldoen die vertrekken vanaf de binnenlandse of internationale terminal van Ho Chi Minh-stad. Onze operator zal het tijdstip van ophalen opnieuw bevestigen, normaal gesproken 3 uur voor de vertrektijd voor zowel internationale als binnenlandse vluchten. Als uw bestemming in een voorstedelijk gebied ligt, zoals District 2, District 7, Nha Be, Hoc Mon of Binh Chanh, selecteer dan de juiste optie tijdens het boeken.

The so called Fast Track guy to guide us thru quickly never showed up. At least there was a taxi to take us to our hotel

Worked as it should. Arrived late at night so this express customs is not necessary for late arrivals. Just get a Grab car from airport.

I would never recommend anyone to do this service. They make u pay for the service and when u get to the airport, nobody shows up for fast track and they tell u that you only paid for transport from the airport. This non fast track thing makes u wait for atleast 2 hours on the queue. And when u get to the transport, u are made to pay an extra $10 so in total u pay $40 for transport only when in fact the journey is $5.

Driver was great. Arrived early. Add is very misleading if you are waiting fast track service with airport transfer. Take a Grab to airport and then get fast track separately. It will be much cheaper. Operator not helpful with making a correction, thus the poor rating.

Flight was delayed so they cancelled our pickup, they had all the arrival flight information. Not a good service. 1am at airport after 23hrs travel, no fast track no pickup, welcome to Vietnam, would not recommend.
