We had an unbelievable fantastic experience. Fred, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He found us the animals we most wanted to see, cheetahs and a lion. Of course we saw all the rest as well. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The weather was not great so we were provided with clean, seemed brand new, blankets and heavy duty rain ponchos. Part way through the morning we stopped for a breakfast picnic including coffee and juice. We traveled from Canada and Heritage Tours & Safaris (and Fred) made the long travel more than worth it. We can't thank them enough for this once in a lifetime experience.

Zama was wonderful and could think on the spot when an elephant blocked the way so that we still had fun and enjoyed the ride He’s very knowledgeable about the animals and area as well .

We were picked up from our guest house by Terry, our tour guide. He was the best guide we could have wished for. He was very kind, took his time and we learned a lot from him. He brought blankets and binoculars for us to use and he also had a book with information about different animals that we could learn from. He helped us spot the animals we wanted to see and showed us beautiful lookout points. We saw so many elephants and a rhino, which was an unforgettable experience! Thank you so much Terry!🫶🏻

Today we had a half-day safari with Terry as our guide, and it was truly a fantastic experience. Terry is an amazing guide who shares his passion and knowledge about nature and wildlife in such an engaging and fun way. He explained everything so well, which made the safari not only beautiful to experience but also very educational. He came well prepared with booklets for extra information, binoculars so we could get a better look at the animals, and even blankets for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It really showed how much he cares about making the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had an incredible time and even got to see a rhino, which was definitely a highlight and something we will never forget! Terry made this safari extra special with his knowledge, kindness, and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience with a guide who truly loves what he does.

Our guide and driver - ZAMA - was so so so exceptionally good. These guides are all free lancers, so we strongly recommend that you ask for him please. He is funny, very very knowledgable about all animals in the park. He showed us all the key animals that we wanted to see. He explains about them, gives you the time and angle you want for photographs. Very friendly, who loves nature. Please ask for ZAMA!!!

Our experience was amazing. Fred was very nice and told us a lot of things about animals. We saw elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, rhinoceros, zebras, warthog, kudu… it was truly amazing.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with our tour guide Siya! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and great attention to detail. His knowledge was impressive. What stood out most was his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everyone felt comfortable and included. The tour was well-organized, engaging, and enjoyable throughout. If we have to do the tour guide we wouldn't mind having Siya has our guide again.
