Tijdens deze begeleide walking food-tour door Old Sacramento leer je over de California Gold Rush en geniet je onderweg van smakelijke lekkernijen. Bekijk historische gebouwen en hoor over Sacramento's opwindende geschiedenis van brand, overstromingen en het herrijzen van de stad. We nemen je mee naar enkele van de beste plekken om je smaakpapillen te prikkelen. en jij en je bemanning zullen tegen het einde gelukkig vol zijn. Deze tour vindt plaats in de wijk Old Sacramento Waterfront, direct aan de rivier de Sacramento, met gebouwen uit het Gold Rush-tijdperk, geplaveide straten en paardenkoetsen. Het State Railroad Museum en het Sacramento History Museum bevinden zich in dit gebied, evenals tal van winkels, waaronder souvenirwinkels, antiekwinkels, boetieks en oude snoepwinkels. Er zijn ook tal van eetgelegenheden en bars. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid in nabijgelegen parkeergarages.

Old Sacramento is een nationaal historisch monument en staatshistorisch park dat je terugvoert naar het Gold Rush-tijdperk. The tour guide, Samantha, was excellent. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The multiple stops included restaurants, local businesses and historical points of interest. The food and drinks were fantastic and covered a wide variety of cultures. We ate a couple of items that we would probably have not ordered on our own, and they were delicious! We whole-heartedly recommend the tour to others!

Our tour guide, Annie, was a fantastic story teller. She made our tour fun and Sacramento history interesting. Our time together flew! Our food stops were also memorable. It was a great sampling of the local food. We were all pleasantly full by the end of the tour. I highly recommend this tour.
