Deze 2 uur durende wandeltocht door Memphis verkent de rijke geschiedenis van de stad in een leuk en ontspannen tempo. Je verkent het historische Cotton Row en Court Square, het mooie en historische hart van het 19e-eeuwse Memphis; geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier de Mississippi; en je hoort fascinerende verhalen over rebellen tijdens de burgeroorlog en bootleggers uit het droogleggingstijdperk. U ervaart ook een aloude Memphis-traditie, de beroemde March of the Ducks in The Peabody Hotel. Deze tour is geschikt voor het hele gezin.

- Binnen een paar blokken zijn er vier verschillende parkeergarages en verschillende openluchtparkeerplaatsen. De dichtstbijzijnde garage bij onze locatie (slechts twee straten verderop) bevindt zich op Peabody Place 149, tussen Second Street en BB King Blvd., naast de Hampton Inn. U kunt ook uw geluk beproeven met betaald parkeren op straat, in Second Street, net ten zuiden van Beale; op Beale tussen Front en Second; of langs Peabody Place van Front naar Fourth Street.

Very good tour guide and informative.
Taylor Nicole was an awesome tour guide!!! She was very passionate and shared a lot of Memphis history. Hope to she her on our next visit.
The entire experience was excellent: from making the reservation with the operator directly, to meeting the guide, to the tour itself. My husband and I enjoyed the morning with our guide, Taylor Nicole. Nothing beats hearing the history of Memphis from a local! Her stories were interesting, informative, and entertaining. It felt like we were walking through the city with a friend.
Absolute amazing tour! Our guide was informative and funny. Very interesting information to share on the history of Memphis without being history boring. Plenty of quirky tidbits sprinkled in to keep adults and kids entertained. Would not only recommend, but would do the tour again just to hear it again and soak it all in! One of the highlights of our trip!

This is a nice tour to get a fell of Beale street and the surroundings with finally ending at the ducks

We really enjoyed learning about the political and economical back story of Memphis. Hearing the changes from 1800’s to how it continues to evolve today was quite interesting.Would definitely recommend if you enjoy history!
