Ervaar Hiroshima met een kleine, hartelijke tour (max 3 gasten) die voelt als een dag doorbrengen met een lokale vriend als een excursie aan wal. We bezoeken Hiroshima's twee meest betekenisvolle UNESCO-locaties, het Peace Memorial Museum en Itsukushima Shrine, met een route die persoonlijk is afgestemd op de aankomst en vertrek van uw schip. Uw Gids : Ik ben afgestudeerd aan de Amerikaanse universiteit en een door de overheid goedgekeurde Gids die meer dan 190 rondleidingen heeft geleid. Ik heb ook gasten uit de hele wereld verwelkomd als gastmoeder. Deze tour wordt door mij persoonlijk ontworpen en begeleid van begin tot eind. Relax : Geniet van uw dag zonder zorgen over logistiek of hoeveel cash u nodig heeft. Je hoeft onderweg je portemonnee niet te pakken en te betalen voor vervoer en entreegeld in Japanse yen. Alle benodigde tourkosten zijn inbegrepen, dus je hoeft alleen genoeg mee te nemen voor je lunch, drankjes en eventuele souvenirs. Mijn doel is simpel: ik wil dat je geniet van Hiroshima. Reisroute
Hiroshima heeft twee cruiseschiphavens (Ujina en Itsukaichi), en ik haal je op bij de juiste. Het officiële cruiseschip schema van Hiroshima Prefectuur zal vooraf worden gecontroleerd om ervoor te zorgen dat we elkaar ontmoeten in de juiste haven. De volgorde van een bezoek aan Miyajima (Hatsukaichi City) en het centrum van Hiroshima wordt flexibel geregeld op basis van uw schema, het weer en eventuele andere omstandigheden op de dag.
Na 40–50 minuten rijden parkeren we in de buurt van de veerbootterminal en genieten we van een korte veerbootrit van 10 minuten naar Miyajima. Aangezien het eiland zeer beperkte parkeergelegenheid heeft en de wegomstandigheden niet ideaal zijn voor auto's, steken we niet met de auto naar het eiland over.
Terwijl je richting Itsukushima Shrine loopt, komt de iconische Grote Torii poort geleidelijk in zicht. U kunt genieten van de omgeving en foto's maken als we naderen.
We gaan verder naar Itsukushima Shrine, het enige heiligdom van Japan dat over het water is gebouwd. Terwijl we door de sierlijke gangen lopen, zal uw Gids de geschiedenis en functies van de site uitleggen en kunt u onderweg genieten van het maken van foto's of het kopen van charmes.
Vervolgens bezoeken we de Daishoin Tempel, een van de mooiste en sfeervolste plekken op Miyajima. Het tempelterrein is gevuld met kleurrijke beelden, vreedzame paden en een prachtig uitzicht, waardoor een rustige en spirituele sfeer ontstaat. Een bezoek aan de tempel is optioneel, dus als je liever meer tijd besteedt aan andere ervaringen – zoals lokaal eten proberen, winkelen of langer in het Peace Memorial Museum verblijven – kunnen we het plan gemakkelijk aanpassen aan je interesses.
We zullen een leuke tijd doorbrengen met een wandeling langs de winkel straat, genieten van lokale gerechten en drankjes en bladeren voor souvenirs. Lunch Tijdens de tour zal ik uitleg geven over de lokale specialiteiten van Hiroshima. Als je in een restaurant wilt zitten en wilt genieten van de beroemde gerechten van Hiroshima, laat het me dan van tevoren weten, zodat ik genoeg tijd voor de lunch kan vrijmaken. U bent ook van harte welkom om te genieten van een lichte “food-walking” stijl en probeer kleine hapjes langs de weg.
We nemen de veerboot terug naar het vasteland, waarbij de veerbootrit en rit in totaal ongeveer een uur duren, voordat we in Hiroshima City aankomen. Na het parkeren van de auto in de buurt, begint onze wandeltocht bij het Hiroshima A-bom Hypocentrum.
In de Atomic Bomb Dome zullen we rustig nadenken over de geschiedenis van Hiroshima en de betekenis van deze bezienswaardigheid.
Uw Gids zal de verhalen en betekenis van de gedenktekens en monumenten delen terwijl we samen Peace Memorial Park verkennen.
Onze laatste stop is het Peace Memorial Museum, een rustige en reflecterende ruimte waar gesprekken tot een minimum worden beperkt. Aangezien alle tentoonstellingen zowel in het Japans als Engels worden weergegeven, ga je het museum op eigen gelegenheid verkennen nadat ik de QR-code van het ticket dat ik voor je heb gereserveerd bij de ingang heb gescand. Als je liever een audio Gids in een andere taal hebt, kan ik je helpen bij het huren ervan. (Audiogidsen zijn niet inbegrepen in de tourprijs.)
We keren terug naar de haven waar uw schip ligt aangemeerd. Op de terugweg kunnen we wat tijd doorbrengen met praten over uw bezoek en eventuele gedachten die u wilt delen. Als u nog veel tijd heeft voordat uw schip vertrekt, kunt u er ook voor kiezen om de tour voor het museum te beëindigen en op eigen gelegenheid terug te keren naar de haven met een taxi of ander vervoer. (Taxitarieven zijn niet inbegrepen in de tourprijs.) Ik zal de route plannen volgens uw voorkeuren, inclusief uw favoriete eindpunt.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ontmoetingsplaats Er zijn twee cruiseschiphavens in Hiroshima : Ujina en Itsukaichi. Ik kan gasten ontmoeten in beide havens. Ujina Port : Ik zie je bij de taxistandplaats, net buiten het terminalgebouw. Itsukaichi Port : Voor deze haven is een inreisvergunning vereist. Als de vergunning wordt goedgekeurd, zie ik je in het terminalgebouw. Als de vergunning niet op tijd wordt goedgekeurd, ontmoet ik u buiten het verboden gebied, op ongeveer 3 minuten lopen van de terminal. Tomoyo was our guide. Very good with communication before tour. Met as Yokohama port as planned. Very grateful for her assistance with my elderly mother. We started the day by driving to Peace Museum, then took ferry to Miyajima, Dome, lastly we had lunch at a recommended Okonomoyaki restaurant which we loved. I would give her 10 stars if i could.

We loved spending the day with Tomoyo at Hiroshima. Our tour was well planned. She had so much to share about the local culture as well as the history of the city. The day was full but flexible. This tour with Tomoyo was exactly what we wanted in Hiroshima. She picked us up at our cruise terminal in her K Mazda—so cute and comfortable! We drove to the ferry to see the Miyajima Shrine. She had tickets for us and on the ride over gave us the history of the island and shrine. What a lovely site and there was even a wedding! After touring we walked the shops then requested to sample the famous oysters and cakes. Afterwards we went to the Peace Memorial Park and Museum. She shared the somber history of that first atomic bomb blast. She showed us the marker for ground zero where the hospital was annihilated as well the basement that protected the only blast survivor in the nearby kimono factory. We toured the museum on our own with audio and set our own pace. To hear the stories from the survivors was heartbreaking, but confirmed the fact that war is devastating and nuclear war is horrific. Tomoyo is just delightful and very knowledgeable about history. Her English is excellent and we highly recommend her as a licensed guide.

Excellent tour of Hiroshima. Our guide, Tomoyo, met us at the Cruise terminal. She was full of knowledge and explained everything to do with the area. There was only two of us on this private tour and Tomoyo had a small reliable/comfortable car. No problems to get us back to the cruise terminal well before time.

Tomoyo gave us an excellent guided tour of Miyajami and Hiroshima. She met us at the cruise terminal and took us in her car around the local area . Firstly to the shrine then into Hiroshima to see the peace park and museum. Nothing was too much trouble and all admission and ferry tickets were included. Being a local has its advantages as you know the best places to eat. On the day we visited it was very busy because it was a national holiday but Tomoyo guided us around the crowds and suggested places to pick up some local food. The grilled oysters were fabulous. She took photos and sent them to us and gave us enough time to look around at our own pace. All in all a great experience of Hiroshima.
