Onze Ultimate Tour is een combinatie van een rustige, ontspannen rit in het ongerepte natuurreservaat van 70 hectare, gevolgd door een snellere Alligator Hunt. Begin met een ontspannen, stop-and-go, vertelde tour inclusief het rijden op de promenade over de kwelder om de getijdeverandering te zien en te leren. Kronkelend door afgelegen Live-Oaks gedrapeerd in Spaans mos en een van de beste Camellia-tuinen in het land met 131 tentoongestelde variëteiten. Leer ook over en zie een bedreigd Marsh Tacky Horse, Butterfly House en vele andere geweldige locaties. Gevolgd door een snellere rit rond een meer waar enkele van de grootste alligators vaak worden gezien, samen met zilverreiger, reigers, aalscholver, anhinga en andere vogels in het gebied.

Tour door het 70 hectare grote natuurreservaat bij Honey Horn (onderdeel van Hilton Head Island). Zie Life Oak Forest, open weiden, een vlinderhabitat, reis over promenades de kwelder in en bekijk de oudste levende boom in SC (meer dan 350 jaar!). en verlaat dan het gebied om met Segway naar een lagune te reizen waar alligators vaak worden gezien die in het water drijven of zwemmen of zich in de zon op de lagunebank zonnebaden.
Na de Honey Horn-tour, reis je per Segway naar een lagune waar alligators vaak worden gezien als zwevend of zwemmend in het water of koesterend in de zon op de lagune-oever.

Super fun and informative! Liz was a great guide- some had never riden a Segway and she made us very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and we saw a lot of the flora and fauna for the area. Highly recommend!
Our guide was patient and friendly. She made our first Segway experience so wonderful. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions that we had that were out of the usual tour.

Simply incredible! Our guide Liz was amazing. She took us on a two hour Segway adventure! We learned about local history, flora and fauna. We went on trails, paths, streets, fields. She took photos and videos of us on the Segways. This was an unforgettable experience!

We embarked on the Ultimate Segway tour, bringing along our four teenage daughters, one of whom was celebrating her 18th birthday. This was our second time riding, and it was the first time for our teenagers, who absolutely loved it! Opting for the 2-hour ultimate tour, we wanted a guided exploration of the Nature Preserve encircling the Costal Discovery Museum, along with the anticipated fun of cruising around on Segways through wooded paths and the park areas adjacent to the Preserve. Our experience exceeded expectations! Gliding around the beautiful grounds on a Segway was one of the highlights of our Hilton Head trip. Our guide, Kim, was amazing! We all loved the adventure, particularly the pauses to explore various sights along the route. Kim's expert explanations and historical insights were icing on the cake! We learned a lot of interesting stories and facts that we would have otherwise missed had we explored the grounds independently. Moreover, the thoughtful gesture by Hilton Head Segway of preparing a birthday gift for our 18-year-old daughter added a special touch to our day. This was the best trip I have planned. To be honest after watching the safety video I was nervous bit Elizabeth was so patient and kind I became more confident in riding the Segway. I very much enjoyed learning about the Gullah people and the owners of Hilton Head. I also enjoyed everything about the tour.
My spouse and I love to do Segway tours when we travel (San Diego, Scottsdale Old Town, Atlanta….) and the HHI Ultimate Tour was, hands down, the absolute best. Firstly, the tour was on a beautiful preserve and we went around a lake at one point, so it was in beautiful surroundings. Our guide was personable and knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the history and natural environment of HHI on the tour. The segways have bigger tires than a normal city segway, so we were perfectly safe on the grass and trails. And most of all, it was incredibly fun!! An extra bonus was the green market that was taking place on the grounds, so we got to walk through the market after the tour was over.
Our tour guide was the best! Seriously she was so much fun and made the tour great! Liz, thank you for making this so much fun from my teens!! I was so happy to see them put their phones down for the entire time!!
We’d never ridden a Segway before, and it was easy to learn and SO much fun! We enjoyed learning about the area and getting to ride around on all the trails. This was our very favorite activity we did!
