Hi5 Tandem Paragliding is een bedrijf dat graag het gemak, de opwinding en de absolute vrijheid van tandem paragliding vluchten deelt. Tandem paragliding vluchten worden gedaan vanaf Lions Head en Signal Hill in het spectaculaire Table Mountain National Park. Met een goed georganiseerde en professionele service kunt u ontspannen en genieten van de ultieme instructie tandem paragliding ervaring met Hi5 Tandem Paragliding. Seapoint promenade tegenover het Winchester Mansion en de velden van de Glen Country Club / Bungalow Restaurant zijn de twee favoriete paragliding landingsvelden. Tandem paragliding vluchten variëren in lengte omdat ze erg afhankelijk zijn van de weersomstandigheden en kunnen variëren van ongeveer 8 tot 15 minuten. We zijn trots op de kwaliteit en duur van vluchten en zullen zo lang mogelijk paragliden. Onze vluchten zijn voor gasten die 14 jaar en ouder zijn en tussen de 25-100kg wegen. We brengen u na de vlucht ook gratis terug naar uw voertuig op de berg.

Op de dag van uw vlucht worden uw aankomsttijd en de startlocatie twee uur voor uw geboekte tijd bevestigd. Voor vluchten vanaf Signal Hill moet u uw auto op de parkeerplaats parkeren. De startlocatie ligt direct naast de parkeerplaats dicht bij het uitkijkpunt. Ons team ontvangt je op de berg en maakt je klaar voor je vlucht met je instructeur. Tijdens je vlucht heb je een geweldig uitzicht op de Sea Point en de omliggende gebieden, waaronder Robbeneiland, Green Point Stadium en de Tafelberg. Geniet van het beste uitzicht dat Kaapstad te bieden heeft!
Op de dag van uw vlucht worden uw aankomsttijd en de startlocatie twee uur voor uw geboekte tijd bevestigd. Voor vluchten vanaf Lions Head bevindt de parkeerplaats zich naast het begin van het wandelpad. Ons team zal u ontmoeten aan het begin / einde van dit wandelpad en u zult samen een korte wandeling maken naar de startplaats. Tijdens je vlucht heb je een prachtig uitzicht op Lions Head, de 12 Apostelen, Camps Bay en de beroemde Clifton-stranden. Kom genieten van het beste uitzicht dat Kaapstad te bieden heeft!

5 star service and 5 star experience! Our original booking was on a rainy day and they were so flexible, accommodating, patient and friendly as we altered our booking, added additional family members. Then at the actual experience, the entire team was professional and easy to work with! They made the experience enjoyable and one we’d want to do again! Our family of four loved it! Francois and John both were patient and kind, didn’t mind explaining the process with us repeatedly to calm our nerves. The view is breathtaking!!! Absolutely stunning to see Cape Town from up top!!! Exceptional team delivering an unforgettable experience!
It was a great experience to see Cape Town from a different perspective. We booked for a Friday flight but the weather was too foggy so we had to reschedule it. The team were so accommodating and gave us options on when to glide. We were on standby on Saturday so when the weather went clear, we immediately went up Signal Hill. Francois kept in touch and it was easy contacting him through WhatsApp. The glide was super fun! Francois did some tricky manoeuvres which made the glide really fun! I recommend this activity to visitors of Cape Town. My son enjoyed it as well. I would give the team a double Hi-5 for this experience.

The only problem was -let me explain They only using GoPro to film you and a bit of around you. If I wanted to see my face I could look in the mirror(not a pretty sight) I asked why not (at least as an option) to use insta360(other brands available) for better experience to see surrounding area( btw Rio/Brazil do that and they make a ton of money) They said not many people would be interested. So to have great memory with the view bring your own and believe me you’ll not regret it. Again, good friendly experience, wort doing but…

On my bucket list for years and now I've finally done it! I was a little nervous as always with a one of a kind experience. The morning of take-off I received contradicting information, on the one hand my booking went ahead as scheduled yet about 30min later I was put on hold due to weather conditions. I was informed earlier how paragliding really depends on nature, so it wasn't a big shock. I nevertheless went to the meeting point as my Uber had already been scheduled and planned on reading a book while waiting. It would be a bummer not to be able to fly, but I would understand given the nature of this activity. I was welcomed by Denzel and we had a long and very interesting conversation while awaiting any weather updates. About 1h15min later the weather turned and became flyable. Lamont was my instructor and did a marvellous job giving me very clear instructions on what to do and when. Exactly how I need it in this type of situations. And then the flight itself: awesome, marvellous! Our chute had the quote "This is living" and I cannot agree more! Absolutely recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Hi5 Paragliding and John. Everyone was patient, clear communication. safe equipment and breathtaking scenic views. There's the sound of wind, silence and being surrounded by nature. Highly recommend. We will go again when we are back in Cape Town.

This was such a fabulous experience and one I would recommend to everyone. The pilots immediately put you at ease whilst fitting your harness and are very calm as well as assured. Once you take off, everything remains calm as you glide over Seapoint and see the fabulous views of Lions Head, Signal Hill and Table Mountain. How long you stay up, depends on the winds, but you will want to stay in the sky as long as possible. The landing, again, assured and well controlled, almost effortless, which shows the skill of the pilots, who have May years of experience. Nothing to be scared of and a total rush. If you get a chance to do this, don’t hesitate to say yes - otherwise you will regret it!

Had a great experience with Hi5, communicative and really made an effort to get us up after weather had delayed it a few times. Denzel looked after us at the top, really friendly and kept us up to date and assured. Heinrich and John were our pilots and they were both amazing. My husband had a great time with John and Heinrich took me. We both felt super safe and supported and the views were spectacular. It really is a truly special experience and would highly recommend!
