Beschrijving
Het Ala Archa National Park is echt een wandelparadijs in de buurt van de hoofdstad (38 km). Het werd in 1976 door de Sovjetregering opgericht om te dienen als een natuurlijke habitat voor vele diersoorten, een plaats voor alpinisme en gezonde ontspanning. De hoogte boven zeeniveau varieert hier van 2000 tot 4000 meter en een groot aantal wandelpaden leiden hun manieren hoog de bergen op naar gletsjers en watervallen. Een heerlijke wandeling in de natuur en daarna kennismaken met onze cultuur in een nationaal restaurant - alles wat je nodig hebt om een van je vakantiedagen door te brengen!

Reisroute
In de ochtend, na het ophalen bij uw hotel, gaan we meteen naar Ala Archa. De weg duurt ongeveer 50 minuten. Eenmaal aangekomen in het park krijg je een paar trekkingstokken om de wandeling te beginnen met je Gids aan de voet van de bergen. Ons doel is om de Ak Sai waterval (4km) te bereiken of als het te lang voor je lijkt, het Broken Heart punt (2km). Langs het aangelegde pad naar de bestemming heb je enkele stops om te genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen, naaldbossen en een rivier. Zodra we bij de waterval zijn heb je daar wat tijd om rond te lopen en een aantal prachtige foto’s te maken. Afdalen naar beneden. Terug naar Bisjkek.
Bij aankomst in Bisjkek wordt u afgezet bij uw hotel. Einde van de tour. Nog een fijne avond gewenst!

Had a wonderful trip. It’s such a beautiful area. Be aware the walk is hard - but worth it. At the starting point some small shops are available. Mostly coffee, tea and cold drinks. Most accept card, but bring small change for toilet. Our guide and driver where great. Especially our guide Aki was truly amazing and ensured we had a perfect time.

A wonderful day trip to Ala Archa to hike to broken rock. The hike was about 2 hours up, a good challenge. Our guide Medina was professional, organized and fun to be around. My friend stayed behind within the park complex where there are many coffee shops and places to stroll and relax. Followed by a delicious lunch at a local restaurant where we had the best beef samsa.

Awesome experience. My guide was Amir and he did a great job in guiding me through the hikes and taking me to some great views of the national park. Had some great conversations with him as well. Would definitely recommend to all travellers.
