Het Miami Experience Boat Party

The experience included views of Miami, open bar and live dj. The DJ did not play a variety of music mostly stuck to new hip hop music. The bar offered house liquor as expected and $100 bottle which is actually a $9 bottle. They did offer food and snacks as advertised.

I mean this is Miami so there is always a fun and Vibre to everything. Please DJ did good please just have him play AFROBEATS as well.

The experience was extremely unprofessional. I booked two tickets for the boat ride and paid a deposit through the website. At no point during the booking process did it mention that the boat was already sold out or that I would be placed on a waitlist. I arrived at 6:38 p.m. because the website stated that check-in was from 6:30–7:30 p.m. I was greeted by Itzia and another man whose name was never identified. They asked for my name and phone number, which I provided. That’s when I found out we had been placed on the waitlist without any prior notification. I didn’t mind being waitlisted, but I should have been informed before arriving. I waited until 7:45 p.m. after being told to see if any extra seats became available. During that time, there was a large crowd waiting for wristbands, and many people were frustrated. I overheard the unidentified staff member say, “One wristband left,” and Itzia replied, “I have two more.” I immediately went to the front, tapped her shoulder, and reminded her that my boyfriend and I were at the top of the waitlist. She checked her list and then said we could join. Had I not spoken up, I’m convinced we would have been overlooked and never received wristbands. The entire process was disorganized and poorly managed. More than 50 people were upset because there was no clear communication or system for handling the waitlist. Some guests had paid the day before and still didn’t receive wristbands. A much better notification system is needed so customers know they’re on a waitlist before making the trip. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and organization reflects poorly on the company. This was not a good look for the business, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others.

I went on this boat yesterday for my birthday. For the price, you would think an open bar would have uncut alcohol. The alcohol was horrible and it would've been a better experience just to allow BYOB. The music was good and the food was surprisingly not bad (hotdogs, wings, chips). There was not a host or MC which could help the experience too. They had a twerking contest and it was the only "activity." They relied on the music to set the atmosphere. Overall, it wasn't a terrible time, but I probably wouldnt do it again.

Horrible experience not worth the money. First off all it’s not a yacht at all. Looks like a refugee boat. Served the cheapest $7 liquor ever. Gave hot dogs and uncook chicken wings and chips. Very Ghetto. Music was good but that was about it. I wouldn’t recommend

I would not recommend this boat party. Our trip started over 10mins late and ended 20 minutes early. The “all you can drink” liquor is such a low tier, well liquor you will make yourself sick trying to drink that stuff. They could’ve at least had Smirnoff vodka and Jose Cuervo. They didn’t even have that level of drinks. The food was okay. I would never try them again.

The unlimited drinks were watered down with cheap liquor. The “chicken wings” are the frozen ones you buy from walmart and put in the microwave. I would save my money and go on a better excursion if I were you. Heavily over priced

Terrible!!!!! No liquor was sold, hardly any food, false advertisements, young kids that were on the boat. Everything that was advertised was NOT provided on the boat ride!!!

oooo so much was wrong, first of all, the multiple texts to see if we were coming, after we had paid our deposit, the remaining i was planning on charging the same card I used to pay the deposit. Only to find out that we had to pay the remaining in CASH!! This was red flag number 1! Number 2 the UNLIMTED DRINKS lol were severely WATER DOWN WELL LIQUOR!!! even the SODA was water down!! Number 3 the unlimited snacks was a joke!! Number 4 the lower have of the boat was so small and too many objects made it to hard to sit, not to mention not enough air ventilation that people smoking was horrible. You have to rush to the upper level to have a seat. Number 5 we docked earlier than 11pm, in which i was glad because i was sooo bored and over it especially when the DJ played one type of genre of music , needless to say it was not very tasteful music if you know what i mean. the 3 small sips i had, gave me such a hangover the next. they sell "premium liquor" and i say this in quotes because no label was on the bottle lol this was a joke!! they have you pay in cash because you cannot dispute the full amount since the 30 deposit is all that is charged on card. SCAM SCAM SCAM THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY!! save your money and time and go somewhere else.

This company over sells tickets, Me and Couple of others that I ran into in line paid a deposit for boat party and when we almost got to the front they told us we couldn’t board due to the boat be full even tho we were on time ! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND
