Deze excursie nodigt u uit om in één dag het beste van het schiereiland Valdés te ontdekken, een van de meest indrukwekkende natuurgebieden van Patagonië. Walvisseizoen: van juni tot half december. We vertrokken vroeg in de ochtend richting het beschermde natuurgebied Península Valdés. Onderweg maken we een tussenstop bij de landengte van Carlos Ameghino, waar we het interpretatiecentrum bezoeken. Vanuit dit standpunt krijgen we de gelegenheid om beide baaien tegelijk te bekijken, de geografische kenmerken van het schiereiland te begrijpen en Bird Island te waarderen.
Mis dit interpretatiecentrum niet, waar u alles te weten komt over de flora en fauna van dit prachtige werelderfgoed: Península Valdés. Op een paar meter afstand vinden we een panoramatoren vanwaar je Vogeleiland kunt bekijken en de inspiratiebron van de vliegenier en schrijver Antoine de Saint-Exupéry kunt ontdekken. Was het een hoed... of een cobra die een olifant opat?
Het enige stedelijke centrum op het schiereiland. We zullen het gebied verkennen en tussen eind juni en begin december kunnen degenen die dat willen walvissen spotten vanaf een boot.
We zullen deze indrukwekkende natuurlijke formatie kunnen observeren, waar een landtong van de zee het land in stroomt. Hier is het mogelijk om een grote verscheidenheid aan dieren te observeren, zoals zeeolifanten, pinguïns (afhankelijk van het seizoen, van half september tot begin april), zeeleeuwen en, met een beetje geluk, orka's die opzettelijk op het strand verschijnen om te foerageren.
Tussen december en mei raden we aan deze stop niet over te slaan. Dit gebied herbergt een grote continentale kolonie zeeleeuwen en wordt beschouwd als een van de beste plekken ter wereld om te proberen orka's te observeren die zich opzettelijk op het strand laten vallen om te eten. Daarnaast beschikt de locatie over een interessant interpretatiecentrum dat de ervaring aanvult.
Tussen juni en december raden we een bezoek aan het zuidelijke deel van het schiereiland aan, waar je zoutvlaktes, zeeolifanten, zeeleeuwen en een grote verscheidenheid aan landdieren kunt observeren.

Wij halen alle passagiers op. Als u een cruisepassagier bent, stap dan zo snel mogelijk uit. Als de starttijd van deze tour niet samenvalt met de aankomsttijd van uw schip, hoeft u zich geen zorgen te maken! We kunnen het verzetten naar uw aankomsttijd. De tour begint maximaal 30 minuten 45 minuten na aankomst van de boot. Wij zijn een toeristisch bureau dat bevoegd is voor de toegang en aandacht van cruisepassagiers.

The tour was super nice, in a small group and the guide was very flexible and adjusted the schedule to improve our chance of seeing orcas! We made Peninsula to watch Orcas, although we could not see them the trip is spectacular as both the landscapes and the rest of the fauna (wolves, penguins, guanacos etc) was wonderful, also the interactive places like Ameghino and the Peninsula. We especially thank Facundo for giving us layers and binoculars and for stopping to admire more closely so much nature is a beautiful experience to do we also went to pyramids that although it is not right whale season is a divine place to tour

Two unforgettable days in Puerto Madryn! 🐧🦭🐳 We have just returned from two spectacular excursions from Puerto Madryn and are still excited to tell you about it. Macarena gave us information and was always very attentive. Day 1: Punta Tombo and Penguin Paradise The experience of walking among thousands of Magellanic penguins in Punta Tombo was simply indescribable. Seeing them so close, crossing the path, guarding their nests, fighting for territory... is magical. You can't imagine it until you're there, surrounded by them without disturbing them, feeling part of their world. Guide Hugo was a typified ten, with plenty of flair, patience and impressive knowledge. He told us a lot about the history of the place, the fossils found in the area, the life of the animals and how the reserve works. From yapa, we passed the Egidio Feruglio Paleontological Museum in Trelew, which complemented the day perfectly with its fossils and replicas of Patagonian dinosaurs. All very well organized and with an ideal rhythm. If you go to Madryn, this excursion is essential. Day 2: Valdes Peninsula with Facu The second day went to another level. We toured the Valdés Peninsula (World Heritage Site) and our guide Facu’s passion for orcas and the entire ecosystem left me really shocked. His professionalism, his love of explaining every detail (behavior of orcas, elephant seals, sea lions, the unique environment of the peninsula) conveyed enormous respect for nature. Seeing the animals in their habitat, the deep explanations and the energy they put into each stop made the day much more than just a tour: it was inspiring. Not only does Facu know, you can tell he loves what he does and that he catches it. Two intense days, full of pure nature, good company and guides that make a difference. Puerto Madryn and its surroundings exceeded all expectations. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended 100% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I made the excursion through the Valdes peninsula and it was a wonderful experience. The organization, punctuality and, above all, respect and love for the place, which made everything even more special. I was satisfied with every aspect the landscapes are incredible and the number of animals we could see. The guide a genius, super attentive so that the excursion is the best in everything and very knowledgeable of the place. And the gold star was the orcas!

It was perfect. The driver/guide Hugo knows the area perfectly. He manages to see from far away the animals hidden behind the shrubs. Very cultured too. In addition it was a great time!!
